I will start by saying I'm not a handy person and I had no problem assembling them. The instructions were easy to follow. The color is a darker teal than I like but I decided to keep them. They feels sturdy and comfortable. The box arrived damaged and some broken pieces but thankfully those pieces are the parts that needed to be removed before attaching the seat. We live these chairs! Easy to assemble, great look, comfortable. When the chairs arrived, I assembled them right away without inspecting them. After I assembled them, I noticed a small tear in one of the chairs. We reached out to the seller and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Super cute, and I really wanted to love these. However, they are NOT sturdy! Once extended to the barstool height my 6-year-old can turn them over when climbing to the seat. Seat is NOT safe at barstool height! The base needs a weight of some sort to prevent turning over. Seat at lowered height does not seem to turn over as easily. Seat is very small also, almost child sized. They are aesthetically pleasing but not safe. Will be returning. ***Company does NOT pay for return shipping. 😡 Shipping costs half what I paid for the chairs. Don't waste your money on this product or this company! ... show more
