This is a Rock solid upgrade to my Platform and I 100% prefer this fixed version over the adjustable 6 position Stock. The length of pull was a tiny bit short but I grabbed a Magpul recoil Pad and now it’s perfect every single time I raise the Rifle and Optics alignment is perfect. I also added the Magpul Cheek Riser with a small piece of 3M Velcro underneath it stays put perfectly. I don’t think the Riser was made for these but I snapped it off my other Magpul Stock to just see and BAM snapped right on. Good stock. Locks up tight. Only complaint is, that it is not adjustable. But, If it were adjustable, it definitely wouldn't lock up as tight as it does. I definitely think it's worth the money.

I give it 5 stars because it is quality made. I love it and hope that I can use it however it did not work for me. S&W M&P15 Sport II OR with CA compliant won't fit. I checked everywhere, all the forum, YouTube review, seems surely it is mil spec for the buffer tube. However, IT IS NOT for CA featureless AR. Since it is not a collapsible stock, it uses rifle stock instead of carbine stock. Edit: I was returning it, but I ended up keeping it. I order a collapsible buffer tube, replaced the one came with my M&P15. Installation for both the buffer tube and the stock only took 5 min. Looks good, and feels good. I had to return it and ordered Magpul MOE Rifle Stock. ... show more

The stock is easy to install but the fact that the rear hole needs you to buy a separate MAGPUL (MAG333) adapter in order to sling it up for damn near 20 extra dollars is ridiculous. it's a cheap and sturdy stock but at a near 60 bucks for a total just to attach the adapter for a QD I would've honestly just purchased a more universal stock. All in all a good sturdy fixed stock just wish I wasn't missing a key piece that's very specifically a magpul attachment for and extra 17-20 dollars. ... show more
