    • Won’t pair to Wi-Fi, will not work
I purchased two of these for my front and back doors. The reviews were all good, albeit only a few of them were posted, but for the price I decided to give it a try. I just spent the past 3.5 hours trying to get these cameras to pair to the app to no avail. My internet and Wi-Fi are both working perfectly with excellent strength. Both cameras say that the pairing time is timing out, and the app says to put the devices closer to the router, even when I literally have placed the doorbell cameras on top of my router after scanning the QR code. There is no customer service number to call, only an email for support and I have yet to receive a response. NOT PLEASED. ... show more

This is a great doorbell and it works really well. Setup is very simple. good results. We were able to use the adhesive on our house with no issues and the camera view was great. We have a lot of activity in our yard due to birds and chipmunks, but it notifies me every time a delivery person or other person comes to our door without any issues. ... show more

    • Won’t connect to chime
I like the camera but I have replaced these 3 times and not a single one will connect to the chime. I wanted the doorbell camera so I can hear if someone rings the doorbell but won’t connect no matter how hard I try. I do like that I can do a live view at anytime and talk through the camera. Just want the chime to work. And there is nowhere to go to get help with it ... show more

Got this for my mother as her doorbell didn’t work and she couldn’t hear it in parts of her house. The doorbell and chime but charge with usb C cables that are included.
