I was wondering if a 3 quart saucepan might be too heavy and huge but this is the perfect size for heating up and cooking food without anything spilling over when mixing things inside. It can be difficult to lift with one hand and to turn it over when there’s food inside since the handles are a little bit slippery. I do love how it comes with a lid, it’s durable, and it’s so easy to clean. Overall, I get a high quality pan that is more affordable compared to buying All-Clad pans. I’m happy with this purchase and will definitely recommend all Made In pans.

You ever have one of those moments when an object suddenly solves a problem you didn't know was burdening you? A saucier by it's very nature, and one of this size is pure bliss for me to cook with, and perhaps I'm late to the party learning about this particular French design. It's relieved my big dutch oven of regular meal duty save those dishes with larger volumes, and if necessary, cleans up easy breezy with some Bar Keeper's Friend. Made-In's quality is well known on social media, but now that I have this pan AND their saute to boot, I expect I'll just keep replacing other pans with theirs. Such high quality.

I really like the shape of this 3 quart saucier pan. I am using it a lot for pasta and vegetables. It comes to a boil and stays there without the lid on which makes it very handy to watch food. All Made In pans heat this way and I have several.

I have been searching for the perfect saucier To make sauces, obviously, and roux. This is the total an are for me. Love it. Very well-made. Would buy again and would buy the larger size if these weren't so expensive! This was a definite splurge for me.

I absolutely love this pan. Given its size is more of a Chef Pan (or essential pan as called by some other brands) than a saucier. Its positively huge allowing me to make really big batches of food at once. Perfect for one pot recipes for a family as well as huge batches of beans or any other food. Heat distribution is amazing as is heat retention. I bought it to use on an induction range and it works like a charm on that application. This pan is truly essential and really affordable; its highly recommended.

I recently purchased the made-in 3 qt saucier and their 8 qt and 12 qt stockpots. Their 5-ply construction is impressive and it looks, feels and performs as a high-quality product. There is nothing flimsy or cheap about this cookware, imo. The lids fit tightly, they sit evenly on my gas burners, they heat evenly and so far are easy to clean (especially now that I've learned how to *properly* cook with stainless). I haven't had any issues with 'staining' as some reviewers say, but I suspect that is either from the type of water you have, detergent used or that sort of thing. Also, I am short, so I especially like that the stockpots are 'low profile' - they are short and wide rather than tall. The handle on the saucier stays cool enough to handle without a mitt and it's lid fits perfectly. With minimal care this cookware should last many years, especially for the home cook.
