We got 2 of these chairs for our business. One came just fine and the other had cam with a broken armrest. We reached out to their customer service and got with Gon. After explaining the issue they expedited a new armrest straight to us! Whoever has previously left reviews talking poorly about the customer service of Okup obviously didn't try to reach out! Their customer service is better than most American companies by a large margin! Both of the chairs are amazing! The installation was easy and took no more than 5 mins to put it all together. The chairs have real leather, the cushion if very comfortable and feels as though you are sitting on a cloud. They recline all the way to about 180 degrees and could easy fall asleep in them. The controls and functionality are very impressive and the massage with the heat is by far my favorite feature, especially when sitting all day running the company. This is a high quality chair that is by far worth the money. If you work from home, need to sit all day for work, or have back problems, this is the chair for you! We got 2 of the M80A chairs. Both delivered within a few days and has impressed everyone who has seen them or sat in them! I will be ordering more of these for our executive staff as well as prizes for our sales team. I can personally say, having bought numerous high end luxury chairs, OKUP M80A is by far the most comfortable, luxury, and all around superior. Comfortable chair with massage, heater, air, and just overall amazing. Also you can adust cushion hight. There is a usb and charger that comes with it so it basically wireless after the charge. I used to have a secret labs and this better. It includes padded lumbar support and you can recline comfortably. For context Im 5'3 and 170 and I can still curl up into chair. I have RA this makes life better. I work from this chair. Game from this chair and most important just relax with shows in my spare time. The only thing I suggest is put a blanket or shirt on chair until it warms up which it will and fast! The chair is leather so its cold initially. The price might seem higher that other chairs but its a great value. Ships out of LA so it shipped a few hours away from me came in like 2 days . Amazing packaged and easy set up with you tube video or instructions. Its heavy so 2 people its the best option for assembly. I should have got this year's ago. Give it a go. The dials are on right side of chair, no remote slight learning curb but doable. ... show more

This is a scam. The chair is garbage, doesn’t fit together, and half the buttons work. When I contacted the company about it, they offered me a 50% refund if I kept it and didn’t make a stink, but they never even did that. I’m still fighting to get any of my money back. Absolute trash.

This a great chair and a great company. The chair is perfect if you have back issues. It provides warming feature and massaging feature. The chair is also very comfortable. The seat is well cushioned. No achy bum if you plan on sitting in it for many hours (for work, etc.) I had a few minor issues with the chair, however I reach out directly to the company and they were wonderful to work with. Very kind, understandable and reasonable. The company offered a quick resolution without a lot of push back. I would leave 10 stars for this product if I could! ... show more

There were some pros and cons with this chair. I love the concept and I really wanted to love the chair itself, but sometimes the difference in weight, height, or conditions just don't work out. However, I give this chair 5-stars because the customer service and support were outstanding. The sellers worked hard to try and remediate issues and were prompt and courteous in replies until I was satisfied as the customer. I honestly wish every retailer was this honest and forthcoming. As for the chair itself, here is my feedback for others. I am heavyset and have some permanent back, hip and knee injuries. Chairs are furniture and sometimes even the best made chair just doesn't fit your needs. Pros: -TOP TIER customer support - Came pretty much assembled. Very easy and fast to assemble, like three steps (one step to hook up wires was out of order) - Built like a brick outhouse. I am little heavy but the chair handles it effortlessly. Frame is metal and wheels hold the weight. Feels solid. -Everything working on delivery - I read some horror stories of dead battery or missing pieces in reviews, but had zero issues here - Great footrest support - scissor footrest is strong and supportive unlike almost every other chair on the market - Motorized recline, footrest and lumbar are all separate for multiple configuration options, and the massager is decent Cons: - Seat padding is high density cotton not memory foam, so if you are heavyset, you may need a little more padding (I use a "purple" brand seat cushion) - Headrest padding can be a little pushy and require compression or adjustment to feel comfortable. Works great in a reclined position though. - Seat does not lean backwards on the support post like some computer chairs - only way to lean back is with the motorized back and footrest - Limited vertical adjustment - only 6" of up-down so pay attention to dimensions and make sure it works with your desk or other use - Buttons are small and a little reach to activate ... show more

This is not a good "desk chair." All the way forward you are too reclined to work at a desk. No operation will work if you keep it plugged in so the use is limited to under 15-20 minutes of fan, heat or vibration. Maybe its good for reading a book.
