This chair is shipped in two boxes. Mine arrived via FedEx, and I received the base and backrest one day. I contacted the seller, who provided me with a tracking number for the seat. This provided me with some reassurance, as Amazon indicated that my chair had been delivered. I checked the tracking, and FedEx took responsibility for the delivery error. I received the seat two days later. My 21-year-old grandson assembled the chair relatively easily. I plugged it in, but it did not work. I searched YouTube and discovered that it cannot be used when plugged in, so I unplugged it. Unfortunately, it still did not work. I conducted further YouTube research and found that there are three connections, not just the two that my grandson plugged in. He went back and fixed the issue, and the chair now functions properly. I appreciate the ability to recline the legs separately from the backrest. However, I find that the chair is wobbly when reclined when the seat is at its highest setting. The lower setting works best. I also enjoy the ability to recline my legs under my desk. Regarding comfort, there is ample padding, but I find it slightly firm. I hope it will soften with use. I have tried the massage feature, and it appears to be effective, although I have not used it extensively yet. As for back support, that is the primary reason I purchased this chair. I required a chair that did not tilt backward when I rested my back and head. This chair meets that requirement perfectly. It is a good value for the price. I only wish I could see when the chair was fully charged. I did not notice any indication of this. Overall, the chair is definitely better than any other office chair that I have had. ... show more

We got 2 of these chairs for our business. One came just fine and the other had cam with a broken armrest. We reached out to their customer service and got with Gon. After explaining the issue they expedited a new armrest straight to us! Whoever has previously left reviews talking poorly about the customer service of Okup obviously didn't try to reach out! Their customer service is better than most American companies by a large margin! Both of the chairs are amazing! The installation was easy and took no more than 5 mins to put it all together. The chairs have real leather, the cushion if very comfortable and feels as though you are sitting on a cloud. They recline all the way to about 180 degrees and could easy fall asleep in them. The controls and functionality are very impressive and the massage with the heat is by far my favorite feature, especially when sitting all day running the company. This is a high quality chair that is by far worth the money. If you work from home, need to sit all day for work, or have back problems, this is the chair for you! We got 2 of the M80A chairs. Both delivered within a few days and has impressed everyone who has seen them or sat in them! I will be ordering more of these for our executive staff as well as prizes for our sales team. I can personally say, having bought numerous high end luxury chairs, OKUP M80A is by far the most comfortable, luxury, and all around superior. I behoove anyone looking, go ahead and buy this, I put my own reputation on the line to say it is definitely worth the buy! Thank you OKUP! Comfortable chair with massage, heater, air, and just overall amazing. Also you can adust cushion hight. There is a usb and charger that comes with it so it basically wireless after the charge. I used to have a secret labs and this better. It includes padded lumbar support and you can recline comfortably. For context Im 5'3 and 170 and I can still curl up into chair. I have RA this makes life better. I work from this chair. Game from this chair and most important just relax with shows in my spare time. The only thing I suggest is put a blanket or shirt on chair until it warms up which it will and fast! The chair is leather so its cold initially. The price might seem higher that other chairs but its a great value. Ships out of LA so it shipped a few hours away from me came in like 2 days . Amazing packaged and easy set up with you tube video or instructions. Its heavy so 2 people its the best option for assembly. I should have got this year's ago. Give it a go. The dials are on right side of chair, no remote slight learning curb but doable. ... show more

Motors don't work, power bank is hanging on by a screw that can't be tightened. They have jerked me around ALL DAY, forced me to climb under that chair and take video before they would even review my problem and if I want to return, THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY THAT RIDICULOUS RETURN FREIGHT - at this point, I am putting a stop payment on my credit card. Great chair my only complaint is two things: 1) the back rest doesn't really allow for rally sitting upright you are leaning back slightly. I prefer to sit a bit more upright than the chair allows and 2) I'm 6'3" and this chair really doesn't fit for someone my height, meaning the arm rests do no extend out long enough for my size and the sit part doesn't (from butt to knees) only goes about halfway so I feel like a giant in this chair which reduces the comfort level. Now I'm stuck with a $800 chair that is too small for my height. ... show more

This a great chair and a great company. The chair is perfect if you have back issues. It provides warming feature and massaging feature. The chair is also very comfortable. The seat is well cushioned. No achy bum if you plan on sitting in it for many hours (for work, etc.) I had a few minor issues with the chair, however I reach out directly to the company and they were wonderful to work with.
