This chair is shipped in two boxes. Mine arrived via FedEx, and I received the base and backrest one day. I contacted the seller, who provided me with a tracking number for the seat. This provided me with some reassurance, as Amazon indicated that my chair had been delivered. I checked the tracking, and FedEx took responsibility for the delivery error. I received the seat two days later. My 21-year-old grandson assembled the chair relatively easily. I plugged it in, but it did not work. I searched YouTube and discovered that it cannot be used when plugged in, so I unplugged it. Unfortunately, it still did not work. I conducted further YouTube research and found that there are three connections, not just the two that my grandson plugged in. He went back and fixed the issue, and the chair now functions properly. I appreciate the ability to recline the legs separately from the backrest. However, I find that the chair is wobbly when reclined when the seat is at its highest setting. The lower setting works best. I also enjoy the ability to recline my legs under my desk. Regarding comfort, there is ample padding, but I find it slightly firm. I hope it will soften with use. I have tried the massage feature, and it appears to be effective, although I have not used it extensively yet. As for back support, that is the primary reason I purchased this chair. I required a chair that did not tilt backward when I rested my back and head. This chair meets that requirement perfectly. It is a good value for the price. I only wish I could see when the chair was fully charged. I did not notice any indication of this. Overall, the chair is definitely better than any other office chair that I have had. ... show more

We got 2 of these chairs for our business. One came just fine and the other had cam with a broken armrest. We reached out to their customer service and got with Gon. After explaining the issue they expedited a new armrest straight to us! Whoever has previously left reviews talking poorly about the customer service of Okup obviously didn't try to reach out! Their customer service is better than most American companies by a large margin! Both of the chairs are amazing! The installation was easy and took no more than 5 mins to put it all together. The chairs have real leather, the cushion if very comfortable and feels as though you are sitting on a cloud. They recline all the way to about 180 degrees and could easy fall asleep in them. The controls and functionality are very impressive and the massage with the heat is by far my favorite feature, especially when sitting all day running the company. This is a high quality chair that is by far worth the money. If you work from home, need to sit all day for work, or have back problems, this is the chair for you! We got 2 of the M80A chairs. Both delivered within a few days and has impressed everyone who has seen them or sat in them! I will be ordering more of these for our executive staff as well as prizes for our sales team. I can personally say, having bought numerous high end luxury chairs, OKUP M80A is by far the most comfortable, luxury, and all around superior. I behoove anyone looking, go ahead and buy this, I put my own reputation on the line to say it is definitely worth the buy! Thank you OKUP! I bought this chair for my partner in December of 2025. We really enjoyed this chair but have had both armrests break and customer service has given us the run around for over two months now. The first armrest broke in July, about 6 months after we originally got the chair. The armrest came apart where the armrest bends and is welded together. I reached out to OKUP through Amazon’s. They originally agreed to send an armrest to replace since it was still under warranty. We waited over a month to get the new armrest, I checked in weekly and they told us every week they were waiting for the part. By that point the second armrest had broken, this time the bolt that attaches the armrest to the chair at the bottom snapped in half so the armrest fell off and half the bolt was now stuck in the chair. We asked for the full chair to be replaced at this point since we had already waiting over a month and there was no way to get the bold out of the chair bottom. They said they would replace the chair and have now for the last two weeks have said they are “waiting for a new shipment of chairs” It has now officially been 9 weeks since we put in the original request. We are highly disappointed in the customer service. Other than the armrests breaking we have really liked the chair, the recline is great, it’s good to work in and to relax in. But the arm rest quality and customer service being so poor makes us regret making this big purchase. ... show more

I love this chair! A little background. I'm 65 years old, 5'3", 280 pounds with at least one bad hip. My dog is 14.5 and used to sleep in her crate on the other side of the house but decided my bedroom is better. So I searched for a reclining desk chair that didn't just have that little slab of a footrest on 2 metal bars since I really couldn't stray too far from her to relax. This chair is perfect for me. I fit in it perfectly. The only issue I had at the beginning was that the seat was too fluffy for the length of my legs :) but that has since adjusted. Since I have the chair at the lowest height I can't speak on wobbling when reclined, it feels secure for me. My son assembled it for me and he did it pretty quickly. Note that there are feathers in the chair. I didn't notice that until the chair was in transit. I'm somewhat allergic to feathers but it hasn't been a problem. It rolls nice on my carpet but the swivel is so smooth that I found the perfect spot and just planted it. Normally I sit on the edge of the chair when I'm crafting or doing some work and sit back when I'm relaxing. Customer service has been amazing. They answered all my questions. I did have an issue after I reclined that the footrest got stuck in the upright position and it seemed that the chair went dead even tho it was fully charged. I contacted the company and they said to try unplugging the battery, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and charge it for however long it needed and try it again. That did the trick! Since the buttons are on the side and not visible at all (which kind of stinks), I suggested a remote as probably alot of other people did :) but in the meantime I bought this - there are so many varieties, but this one has worked out well. Well, I'm relatively new to the chair (~1 month) It's comfortable. Easy to assemble. Nice back support. I sit with my legs crossed, and this is the perfect upgrade. The only complaints I have are going to be about the height of the chair. It doesn't drop down as low as I would like, so I ended up having to buy risers for my desk so that I could get proper clearance. I also dislike that it cannot run while it is plugged in. I like to continuously sit with the heat and back massager on. I think they time out after about 15 minutes, which gives me a reminder to take a break. The chair itself has been great. I could put my feet up while working or recline and stretch my back at the touch of a button. For me, the charge in the chair lasts about 2 weeks but will probably vary depending on use. My only issue is that not even 3 months after receiving the chair, a weld for one of the wheels broke leaving the chair unusable. OKUP did honor their 12 month guarantee and sent me a new wheel base for free, which I appreciate. Flipping the chair over and having to pull the base off was a struggle and caused some cosmetic damage to the bottom of the chair. The chair is very heavy once assembled so doing all this was exhausting. That said, for the amount of money paid, this should NOT have happened, which is why I'm only giving 4 stars. I do enjoy the chair. It is comfortable, but for $800, nothing should break within a few months. I'm concerned now that something else will break because of me flipping the chair to replace a part. Comfortable chair with massage, heater, air, and just overall amazing. Also you can adust cushion hight. There is a usb and charger that comes with it so it basically wireless after the charge. I used to have a secret labs and this better. It includes padded lumbar support and you can recline comfortably. For context Im 5'3 and 170 and I can still curl up into chair. I have RA this makes life better. I work from this chair. Game from this chair and most important just relax with shows in my spare time. The only thing I suggest is put a blanket or shirt on chair until it warms up which it will and fast! The chair is leather so its cold initially. The price might seem higher that other chairs but its a great value. Ships out of LA so it shipped a few hours away from me came in like 2 days . Amazing packaged and easy set up with you tube video or instructions. Its heavy so 2 people its the best option for assembly. I should have got this year's ago. Give it a go. The dials are on right side of chair, no remote slight learning curb but doable. ... show more

It's OK. The fact this can't run when plugged in sucks big time, especially if your battery stops working. It's comfortable, but you can feel the motor in the base of the chair. The heating and cooling are nice. The buttons on the side don't work sometimes and I have to press a different one to activate another. Would I buy again? Probably not, is comfy bit not ergonomic at all and my body immediately felt that. Also I think this would do better in the $400 range ... show more
