We got 2 of these chairs for our business. One came just fine and the other had cam with a broken armrest. We reached out to their customer service and got with Gon. After explaining the issue they expedited a new armrest straight to us! Whoever has previously left reviews talking poorly about the customer service of Okup obviously didn't try to reach out! Their customer service is better than most American companies by a large margin! Both of the chairs are amazing! The installation was easy and took no more than 5 mins to put it all together. The chairs have real leather, the cushion if very comfortable and feels as though you are sitting on a cloud. They recline all the way to about 180 degrees and could easy fall asleep in them. The controls and functionality are very impressive and the massage with the heat is by far my favorite feature, especially when sitting all day running the company. This is a high quality chair that is by far worth the money. If you work from home, need to sit all day for work, or have back problems, this is the chair for you! We got 2 of the M80A chairs. Both delivered within a few days and has impressed everyone who has seen them or sat in them! I will be ordering more of these for our executive staff as well as prizes for our sales team. I can personally say, having bought numerous high end luxury chairs, OKUP M80A is by far the most comfortable, luxury, and all around superior. This chair is beautiful, it is soft, but it showed up with a dead battery and hasn’t held a charge since! No idea if everything works because I don’t have a battery. For $700 the battery should come working. I have also emailed the company with no reply. Do not buy this product!

Comfortable chair with massage, heater, air, and just overall amazing. Also you can adust cushion hight. There is a usb and charger that comes with it so it basically wireless after the charge. I used to have a secret labs and this better. It includes padded lumbar support and you can recline comfortably. For context Im 5'3 and 170 and I can still curl up into chair. I have RA this makes life better. I work from this chair. Game from this chair and most important just relax with shows in my spare time. The only thing I suggest is put a blanket or shirt on chair until it warms up which it will and fast! The chair is leather so its cold initially. The price might seem higher that other chairs but its a great value. Ships out of LA so it shipped a few hours away from me came in like 2 days . Amazing packaged and easy set up with you tube video or instructions. Its heavy so 2 people its the best option for assembly. I should have got this year's ago. Give it a go. This chair has been a great addition to my space. It’s very comfortable and supportive, even for extended sitting. I really appreciate the dual motor feature, which allows the footrest and backrest to be adjusted independently, making it easy to find the right position. This a great chair and a great company. The chair is perfect if you have back issues. It provides warming feature and massaging feature. The chair is also very comfortable. The seat is well cushioned. No achy bum if you plan on sitting in it for many hours (for work, etc.) I had a few minor issues with the chair, however I reach out directly to the company and they were wonderful to work with. I tried several other power bricks and none will charge the chair. The instructions are very confusing and do not match the multiple power cables that need to be attached.
