So far so good. I got the chair in today and assembly was quick and painless. It is a two person job just because putting the back on takes two people maneuver. The quality of the chair seems good, I will update you if it dosent last. The only downside is the buttons. They are on the side so you cant see what your doing.. so you have to go by feel, which because there is no corresponding beeps or anything to indicate its the correct setting there is some guess work involved. But I made a chart and am sure I will get the hang of it. Ill do an update in a month to see if I would still consider it a good purchase. But so far as someone who works from home and has a broken tailbone.. I would say yes! ... show more

If I had to do this again I would have just ordered on their website. I frequently get sent returned used products when buying on Amazon and this time it really showed. The chair I recieved came in 2 boxes on 2 separate days. It was ripped and packed horribly. The seat was flat, lumpy, and lop sided. I contacted the seller through amazon first and was told to send an email to the email listed in the brochure that came with the chair. I sent the email to okup with photos of the ripped chair and asked about getting a replacement seat and they sent one out immediately(no cost to me). The second chair came in one huge box was packaged really well, it has no rips or blemishes, it feels much more fluffy and comfortable. Its easy to assemble my bf and I did it in about 5 minutes. Over all I'm really happy with the new chair. I like that it looks like a recliner since our computer desk is in the living room. My favorite part: The lumbar support is amazing with the heat it really soothes a sore lower back. This chair lays flatter than my lazy boy and my bf has already fallen asleep in it. We both love this chair and would recommend it to everyone! ... show more

I bought this chair 4 months ago). It fully reclines but it does not come back up all the way, so you can't sit up straight. Also, the fan in the seat makes it very uncomfortable on your tailbone.

Very good chair overall. Does the things it says it does. I can't give it 5 stats, because of a couple of issues. 1. The seat is not as cushioned as I had hoped. It's not bad, just not great. 2. The massager is not much. It isn't something that truly helps your back. It seems to be a feature put in to say it's there. 3. The leg rest works going up just fine, but you have to push the raise button followed by the lowering button in order to lower it. Very odd.
