I purchased the scooter for my husband who recently had a medical illness that limits his walking. I received the unit and unboxed the scooter . The scooter was very easy to put together. I just needed to attach the seat, slide on the basket, attach the water bottle holder and place the handle in the upright position. The scooter controls are easy to operate, the speed adjustments are great and the ride is very smooth. The battery life is exactly as stated. My husband was able to use the scooter for hours before it needed a charge. I would definitely recommend this unit. Lastly, the price was great for the quality of the scooter!!

Great Mobility Scooter. Wonderful communication with seller. Light enough for 2 people 2ith issues to load in car or 1 stronger person. There's a nod to turn to lower handle bars down. Basket is ample and very easy to place and remove. Seat needs removable to fit in SUV, but no biggie. Cup holder is great. Took on cruise and it was a life saver for daughter with her injury. Recommended to a friend who will hopefully purchase. Very sturdy, super smooth ride. Don't hesitate. You will be pleased.

It arrived on time and packaging was in good shape . Very easy to put together with the tool kit supplied . Decided to top off battery before testing .It reached a full charge in 2-3 hours . After reading the enclosed manual , it was ready for a test drive .It performed beautifully and I expect to get many years of service out of it . Note .It is important to read the manual carefully as this is not a toy .It has some sophisticated systems , especially electrical which you should understand before going very far .Also go slowly until you feel secure with it .I have attached a picture of my unit after assembly to show one of the features I like very much--I have placed the swivel seat in what I call the easy on-off position .This also enables me to drive up along side of a table in the dining room ,.swivel the seat and eat dinner without ever leaving the scooter .

I purchased The M1-15ah scooter and I am very happy with my choice. It is a great value and easy to use and assemble. If you want a very good scooter at a very good price, this is the one for you. It took less than 15 mins to put together and it was ready to go.

Very happy with my scooter! I chose Blue. It was well-packed. *Make a note when you buy it, to have the Amazon driver bring it right to your door, because it is heavy. It would be perfect if it had a removable battery, but I won't dock it a star, bc I feel I'm reviewing what I bought, not what I could have chosen to buy. The Company, itself, deserves 5 stars. They called me the day it was delivered AND a week later, to make sure all was running okay, & if I had any questions. I took it to Disney Wolrld. As I said, it's a bit heavy so you need someone strong to lift it out of your vehicle. The seat comes off & folds & the handle collapses. The metal bumpers function great as lifting handles. The scooter advertises up to 13 miles of life, depending on how heavy you are & the terrain, like hills, etc. I'm not sure how many miles I logged, but I used it from 9am to 6pm before it reached the 2nd orange 'charge me' light. It comes with a good length charging cord, as well. It rides really well on grass, like a front yard or mowed soccer field, but struggles on choppy, uneven clumps of ground. It will go for hours at a museum, on sidewalks , a mall etc. Turning radius...well, it cannot do hairpin turns like the other brands with only 1 front wheel or a shorter carriage length. A slightly wider turn is suggested. Tippability? I've had zero issues with tipping when turning. (It has a couple of those extra smaller wheels to help prevent that, but I'm pretty careful as it is) I hope this helps someone who needs a scooter, but is on a tighter budget.

We ordered this mobile scooter for my mom. She loves it! It’s allowed her to get around and have more freedom. So far, no mechanical issues. It’s easy to use especially for someone with arthritis in their hands. It’s easy to get on and off. The only issue, it takes two people to load and unload her scooter from her truck. It’s quite heavy for my mom. But overall, this was a great choice.
