I was hesitant buying these because I rarely buy clothing items online but to my surprise the measurements fit EXACT so look at the size chart, normally I’m a medium in clothing but I looked at the measurements and took time to measure myself and saw I should get a small and it was right they fit perfectly! So far, so good. Soft to touch, cushy thick fabric. I wouldn’t say they are lined. Single layer fabric, the reverse side is flannel, the outer side is flat and silky to touch. These are so comfy. They fit, flex, and wear well. I love them so much more than regular thermals. The fleece lining is so much warmer and the slick outside without texture makes outer clothes so much easier to put on over them. I'll never go back to regular thermals.
