This product gets a zero! Poor quality control, and manufacturing of the product. The sealing strips were coming off, right out of the package. Even one of the mounting holes was not drilled. I was going to install but the rest of the sealing strips started to separate from L- bracket. Do not buy!

I replaced an old L-shaped door sweep and this fit perfectly and matched my white door. It was easy to cut to size and install. First door sweep was damaged in transit but was replaced very quickly when I submitted a damage claim. I just recently replaced it, so only time will tell how good of quality the sweep really is. We have hot summers and cold winters in Colorado. I hope it lasts many years. ... show more

I bought 1 last year and it was fairly easy to cut and install. This one is still in use and doing fine. However the one I just purchased (10/24) was different. Before opening the package I could see the front strip had already broken off and that is what the photo shows. I resignied myself to not return it and use as is. While cutting it, I noticed there were several more inches of the same strip not attached. I ended up pulling the front strip off which was no effort since only 6 inches total were intact. Then noticed the back strip was already coming off also. I'm using on an interior door for my basement so not so important as an exterior door. I will not purchase another from this brand. Made in USA did not live up to my expectations! ... show more

I took a chance on this because the reviews were rough. Basically, this got the job done but it's not great. It did arrive in one piece and those little plastic sweep lines on the bottom were not peeling off when I got it. Anyways I went to cut it with my little reciprocating saw which was probably overkill and the 3 strips on the bottom started peeling off. Yikes. I really needed this to work out so I ended up super-gluing them back on! Honestly you can't really tell. So fingers crossed this holds up but it does look nice and new under the door and it keeps bugs out. So just be super gentle with it when you're cutting it to size because it will start falling apart a little bit. ... show more
