Very happy with this toilet. It elevated my bathroom. I feel rich and do not mind going to the bathroom. Flush works well. Customer service is excellent. One of the toilet leaked and the seller sent a replacement right away. They stand by their products. I always watch new home construction at YouTube and none of those new homes put this kind of toilet. Very very nice looking. Easy to clean. After 8 months of use, I am very satisfied with its performance, looks, and reliability. It is compact and fits my small bathroom. The bathroom was fully gutted & renovated. I was looking for a toilet but most of them were close to 29” in depth. Horow T0338W made it happen. It was highly recommended by This Old House. This one piece elongated toilet with a remarkable aesthetic look that impresses. Very well made and has a dual flush for water conservation. I optioned with a non-electric bidet seat which was a better buy. With all that said, it looks classy and I’m very happy with the purchased. Let’s see if Horow lives up to its name. ... show more

Good toilet. Efficient on water and always flushes. Never clogs. Kind of highly expensive for what it is, a plastic seat installed into a normal toilet. And whatever plastic it’s made of scratches with even stuff like wiping it hard enough with a paper towell. Doesn’t make much sense.

I had hired a plumber to install it, so I’m not sure how difficult installation is, but I love the clean look and convenience. I upgraded the seat to an electric one which I absolutely love! Only advice on the makers of the seat would be to illuminate all the buttons for easier viewing, especially at night. Although it is easy to feel which one is the correct button and within days I could do it in the dark. I absolutely love the warm seat and I use hardly any toilet paper now! The seat and the upgraded version is sturdier than the original nonelectric one. But for the ease of not having electric, the first one would do would still save a lot of money with less toilet paper and just feels a lot cleaner using water rather than toilet paper! Excellent value for the money!!! The only reason I gave it a four star and not a five would be because this review is for the toilet with the original non-electric seat which I would say would be a four but with this electric seat, I would give it five stars! The original seat did come cracked, but Customer Service was very easy to work with via email and sent out a new toilet seat quickly! My basement toilet is also a Horrow. It was easy to install but since the space in my upstairs bathroom is tighter, I hired a plumber for this one. I highly recommend Horow! ... show more

We ordered this toilet with bidet and it looks great, and it works beautifully. Great buy! We have had it for a couple of months now and it still looks wonderful. It came in very well packed, but I will tell you that you should expect to have some help because it is heavy.
