Lightweight and easy to use, this handy cleaner packs a punch. Its defiantly exceeded expectations in all areas. Firstly, by the way it looks. It is sleek and modern looking and looks high quality. Two tanks, one on each side. One for clean water and one for dirty water. It comes with two heads, one stiff brush and one soft brush. Moving rollers on the bottom helps move it around easier and it has a hose that is almost 6 feet. Secondly, the performance of this machine is brilliant. It is so handy to have on hand for those spills and spot cleaning. It really is not that loud for a cleaner which surprised me as everyone I have had in the past has been really loud. I love the retractable cord as it makes it very easy to store and the self-cleaning switch on the handle is fantastic and the fact it keeps itself clean with no effect makes this cleaner such good value for money. We bought 2 used easy chairs recently and I just received spray on, vacuum out upholstery cleaner. Planning on cleaning the chairs when the weather warms up so they could sit outside for a couple days to really dry them out. They've been stored in our shed till we could get to them. When the cleaner came, I remember thinking I wish i had one of those green machine things as we also have 3 Jack Russells and rugs around the house. We chose used chairs as we like the old big granny type easy chairs that are just too hard to find new these days. Well now came along this little powerhouse of a cleaner YAY! While we have not done the chairs yet, I have done some spot carpet cleaning. And we love it. Very powerful and is rather quiet for as much power. The 2 tank system is great, I recently got a 2 bucket system for mopping and love that too. Tanks hold about a half gallon each. So less refills on larger jobs. Before it was blot, blot, blot, scrub, scrub, blot. Hair dryer. On our rugs. Now it's all in one and this machine does most of it for us. The dryer system is so appreciated. Especially to spot clean furniture. I love my dogs, but don't want my house to smell like "dog". Works great. Price is high though. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This completely revived my wool rug. I have owned this rug for 4 years and have a no shoes policy in my house and yet the amount of dirt in this was astounding. This machine went all out and while it took about an hour to do half the rug thoroughly it was worth it. The fibers are no longer matted and trampled. It kept the same lift when it dried and any little spots came right out. My wood floor stayed dry underneath the whole time and it dried completely overnight. I will say I do use the highest setting for it to be effective on the rug. I also did not splurge on a high end soap but used hdx (under 10 for a gallon of solution) that I found at home depot because of the low fragrance and that worked great. I used a 1 cup to 2 liter ratio in the tank. The machine is great easy to use. It comes with instructions and a troubleshooting guide. The machine will stop when it runs low on water. Overall I am over the moon about this vacuum and think it's a wonderful value. ... show more
