I rarely write reviews. Only when something is really great or really bad. With that being said, this shower head/filter is amazing! Our water is horrible in my town with boil advisories at least once a week. My skin is constantly dry and my hair is like straw as is my daughters but not once did I ever think it could be our water quality. The shower head was very easy to install with no issues. It should be noted that in our second shower it did leak/spray everywhere but all that was needed was some tightening of the shower head itself to the filter and voila...perfect. The pressure at which the water come from shower head couldn’t be more perfect, almost like a massage. After the first use my hair and skin was soft....after the first use!!! Now for years my hair has been breaking off and falling out with no known medical reason. I’m curious if after using the system for awhile I will start seeing some regrowth. After 3 weeks of use the pressure did start to recede a little hence the 4 stars but it wasn’t enough for me not to love the filter though. I took the filter out, sprayed good with hose and shook it around then placed back with shower head. This did seem to improve the pressure and I would hate to have to do this every couple weeks but I absolutely will! It also may be a matter of such poor quality of water that I will need to replace the filter every 4-5 weeks. That does sound like a lot BUT most people blow $15 a month of stupid stuff anyway lol.

A few issuses with install. No large “o” rings in package as stated in instructions for extra filter. Also no info on how filter goes in filter case.. Hoping it is together correctly. Seems to work okay, but s Didn’t see any change to hair the first time. I will keep trying for a little while to see if it improves. Oh yes, shower head much larger in proportion to filter unit shown in images on line.

If you’re like me, you’re desperate to find a shower head as your last ditch effort to save your hair from breakage then read this honest review. I moved to a big city recently from Michigan. A place in MI where you can actually drink tap water from the sink and it be cold and refreshing and clean. Here, the tap water smells like pool water from all the chemicals. I’m trying to get my hair healthy, it’s been a two year progress. Haven’t been dying it or straightening, barely even use my hair dryer. I have all the best products and shampoos and leave in conditions. However my hair as progressively been getting thinner, drier, and brittle. It feels like straw and I have fly away hairs everywhere. My hair has never been worse. I couldn’t even get conditioner through it anymore. I was confused because it should be getting better not worse. I’m so good to it. Someone mentioned the city water has horrible hard water and I looked into it and decided to just buy a new shower head. Which lead me here. The shower head was easy to install. I’ve now shower 3 times since I’ve had it. The first time was glorious. I’m really weird about shower pressures and am very picky. There are few I actually enjoy. I liked this shower head. Tons of water, good pressure, and it also almost mists which makes it more refreshing. I could tel write away my hair felt better. Still damaged obv, but could get a brush through it. This had me hopeful! I like where I live now because I’m for super excruciatingly hot showers for long period of time and our hot water heater here doesn’t run out of hot water so I can fully enjoy my lengthy showers. The second time I showered I noticed the pressure started changing and it was getting lower. And I felt the water getting Luke warm. I figured I’d not judge and give it another try. The third time I showered it was the same thing. Not even taking a lengthy shower but the time it takes to wash my hair then finger comb through condition through my thick hair, the water starts getting Luke warm. I’m not sure if this means maybe you should consider it uses more water than a normal shower head seeing as the hot water runs out. The pressure also goes up and down. I’m sad because I don’t think I’ll be able to take my extra hot showers anymore. However the difference it has made on my skin and my hair might make it worth it.

My friend recommended this showerhead to me and when I looked it up and saw that it had the word luxury in the title… I was in school because it was such a great price. I installed it within a couple hours after receiving it and it was super easy to install. I also ordered the filter that went with it so that I can always have replacement filters on hand. I can honestly say this showerhead definitely lives up to the word LUXURY!!! The spray that comes out of the showerhead is absolutely fabulous and feels so nice and refreshing on my skin! It doesn’t matter if it’s a hot shower or a cooler shower… It feels super nice! Now that I have used it for a month, I can say how much I enjoy my showers these days. It is a pleasure to spend a little extra time letting the water hit just where I need it most. Feels SO AWESOME and is amazingly relaxing as well. DEFINITELY worth it to give it a Try!!! This was extremely easy to install so I don’t quite understand the ppl that say otherwise. I recently tested our water and we have hard water. I noticed my hair and skin was super dry after showering. I was skeptical with this but I’m so glad I got it. Our previous shower head sucked - this feels like I’m at a spa. The pressure is great - I can shower in five minutes or less! My hair is noticeably softer and has more volume. I’m buying one for our second bathroom. Great value!
