I really like using this steamer. It is fast and the broad face of the steamer is great for pressing. I like the way it folds for storage and included is a nice storage bag. It's small enough to put in your suitcase and large enough to quickly give your clothes that pressed look.

It’s a good steamer that is portable. I used it twice so far and it works pretty well. It heats up fast. The handle is adjustable and comfortable. It steams well except for one thing. It spits a lot of water. I think the listing mentions that it doesn’t, but that’s just not true. Maybe it’s just mine, but it does and it’s quite a bit. But for my needs I can be ok with that. It comes with a storage hanger, but I won’t be using it since I don’t use it that often and the little velvet bag is just enough to store it in my closet with vacuums. One more thing, that little thing it comes with- there is no information about it whatsoever. For some people it may be an obvious item, but for some of us, it’s not. Especially that is shaped like the steamer’s plate. After trying to find any info about it and failing, I will just take it as a brush to remove lint/hair/etc. from items before steaming. But overall I like the steamer because it does a good job steaming. Thank you.

This steamer is a must when attending weddings/formal events from out of town. I was able to use the steamer with my son and my suit without any issues. It is very easy to use although it is not as small as the picture make it look.

The media could not be loaded. Stopped working. I used like 3 times and now just stopped working. It's not warming. I bought it 2 months ago. UPDATE Phoenix responded to my review. They refunded my money and sent me a new one! That was so nice of them. I Really liked the steamer and was so sad when stopped working. It is very easy to use and small for traveling.

I've been wanting to purchase a clothing steamer for quite some time now but never got across to doing so until I was in a super hurry one day when plans came up out of nowhere, & (yes, I admit I had been lazy with the laundry for a little bit, please don't judge me🤦🏼♀️ lol) almost all my clothes, at least everything I wanted to wear, were all wrinkles so I had to do the hang it in the bathroom with the hot water running thing 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ After that whole thing, I ordered this & not only is it so easy to set up & use- you literally just fill the back part with water using the cup provided that holds just the amount of water needed, turn the power on, wait a few seconds & it's ready- it's 100x better than the entire process of ironing which I have always hated, you can also use it for cleaning to help loosen up dirt or grease or what have you do it's multi-use, in my opinion, it's also kind of fun to use. User friendly & for me required no skill I guess. I also like the wall mount & I was able to stick it up & hang it right next to an outlet I have high up on the wall next to my dryer & the cord is long enough that I can just plug it in there, grab it, & do what I have to do all right there. It's the little things in life sometimes that can make you happy lol

I purchased this steamer specifically for steaming our down comforter in between washes in order to disinfect, refresh and remove wrinkles. Most handheld steamers have to be used upright, and I would definitely need to be using this parallel to the fabric I'm steaming with the unit being held horizontal. It works perfectly for this, no leaking. It was very easy to set up and start using. It did come with amount that I have not installed yet, not sure if I will. So far, I am enjoying this purchase and it is working well.

I liked how easy this was to use and how compact the steamer was. This product really does work well by steaming out the wrinkles in many of my outfits. I actually packed this in my luggage and for the first time, I can travel with a mini steamer and iron which helps to quickly de-wrinkle my clothes. The directions were pretty easy to understand and I think the value is great for what this steamer does.
