This should only be used on very very light hair because otherwise it barely shows up and fades quickly. It’s a really pretty color and I mixed it with a neon pink and it was so pretty!

Packaging design is cute at first glance but dumb in practice as you can't get all of the product out. It feels like a waste. Maybe, MAYBE this would work if you were bleached platinum, but it was like applying tinted conditioner that barely had any effect other than making the brassiness a shade warmer. I was absolutely perplexed by how weak the pigment was and can't understate how little it actually deposited. I've been burned by pastels before and I can't advocate buying any pastel from any company because they NEVER work as intended. To get the shade of pastel pink I wanted, I had better luck with buying Punky Jerome's Divine Wine, diluting it with conditioner, and applying that. I used this unconventionally and I’m SO happy with the results! I had pre-lightened hair to a 9-9.5, and wanted some playful color. Just a little throughout, but nothing serious or intense. I used Petal Pink and Coral Pink. Took the dye into the shower with me, shampooed my hair, and then just finger combed a very small amount of each color (maybe the equivalent of a heaping tablespoon?) through my hair separately. I didn’t mix them together, just kinda put them in random places. No mirror usage at all. Then I put my hair up in a claw clip and proceeded with the rest of my shower. I rinsed with cold water 5-10 min later, and this is the result. I can subtract a little by shampooing with head & shoulders, and I can add to it as I go. I’m genuinely happy with the results and I’m so glad I gave Lunar Tides a try!! I’ll definitely keep using it! Bonus, it made my hair super soft. ... show more

It didn’t really stick to my hair at all, I know it could be user error but it really didn’t do anything to my hair even though I followed the instructions and even kept it in extra time

If you want bright color, go with something darker. The pastel doesn't do much. And it doesn't last long. But it did condition my hair.

Great brand, but the product is mislabeled. This color only shows up with white blonde hair. I bleached my hair to a level 8 and it was unable to show up on the hair it just made it look yellow. I applied it again with thicker amount and it just washes out. The consistency goes from slick to foamy. So maybe it would look better but your hair needs to be bleached more than level 8. I switched out to lychee pink instead and it came out great. ... show more
