I have been using my support cushion for few days now, since I have been using it, I noticed a significant difference in my posture and comfort level while sitting using my computer for hours at a time. I no longer experience back stiffness and discomfort that bothers me sitting. I also find this useful to bring along and use it in my car when Im driving. The memory foam material molds perfectly, it provides just the right amount of support without being too soft and too firm. I like that the velvety covers is removable for washing and the lumbar cushion has two adjustable straps to attach and secure it in to the back of my chair. The fabric used is also made of high grade material. I am very happy with my support cushion and definitely highly recommend as a good buy!! ... show more

    • Truly premium product, but straps should be a bit longer
The Platinum-Level Seat Cushion and Lumbar Support is truly a premium product. The memory foam is firm, yet soft. I especially like that the velvety covers have a zipper to remove them for washing. I also like the fact that the lumbar cushion has two buckled elastic cinch straps to attach to the back of my chair. I wish the straps were about 3” longer for wider chairs. The straps barely stretch enough to fit my chair, so they will be in constant tension. I’m concerned they will eventually tear loose from the cover, so I’m going to add some length to them. The seat cover has a grippy bottom to help keep it in place, but straps would be better. I have a leather cushioned office chair, and these feel great on it. My chair seat is a bit deep for me, so this lumbar cushion makes it fit me much better. I tried them on a straight chair with no cushions and they were just as comfortable as they are on my office chair. The seat cushion does get a bit warm, which is great for Winter. Since the covers are removeable, it would be great if they offered an optional cooling fabric set for Summer. My comments on the straps are the only reason I didn’t give this product 5 stars. ... show more

Definitely had a bit of smell coming out of the packaging. It's holding up well so far after a week of use it is comfortable and seems to be decent quality it is doing what is supposed to do I however still slouch in my chair. I will say that I have the stretchy things almost maxed out so do you pay attention that it will fit your chair there is a risk that it might not for the lumbar portion depending on the shape of your chair. ... show more

I'm typically not a fan of lumbar support as it normally just hurts my back. This set seems to just make sense for the depth of my chair and the height adjustment of the support. Both cushions are velvet style material over memory foam. Soft material that the cats also love! When the lumbar is at the right height it actually helps my terrible hunch posture, which is more than I can say for pretty much any other chair! ... show more
