Product looks exactly like it does online. I have it set right now on the lowest setting, because I'm 5' 3-1/2" and even raising my seat to be ergonomic using it, I don't need it to tilt. I was using a plant stand, ha ha, which was not working out well, because it didn't move. I read all the reviews about people liking it to tilt and not be locked in and I agree with that. I'm very happy with my purchase. Saying that, I do want to mention that it is like someone's invention so it's not poshly made. But it works! If you want it to lock while it's tilted toward you, I will say it won't lock so those pictures imo (in my opinion) are misleading. But for what I want it to do, just sit on the floor and give my legs a rest from being too far from the floor, it works. I think I will have my husband try it out and probably buy another one. I got it on sale, one of those deals of the day and I thought I'll try it! So glad I did. Will it last forever? Not a chance, but I say get something that relieves the pressure in your legs now. Worry about forever tomorrow!

Great product... WHILE IT LASTS. I think I bought 4 of these. One for my fiancee... and the I ran through three of them over the course of a year and a half. I work from home so I am able to walk comfortably around the house with socks. Its great to come to this at my desk so I could use the bumps to massage my feet. The foot rest is made out of a hard pastic and the bumps and ridges do not wear down on you. But because this feels so good on my feet, I tend to push down on it. I can argue that the pressure isn't to hard but I guess the fact that I've broken three of them can say otherwise. The foot rest does adjust depending if you need a specific angle or height. This was very helpful seeing that I'll adjust my desk a bit every so often. I could easily adjust the angle with my feet without bending over under the desk.

I like the complete adjustability of this platform, it makes it easy to wear different shoes and still maintain comfort in the office. I also like that it does not get dirty, and is easy to adjust, does not slide either on the carpet or on the plastic floor guard. I would recommend this for anyone with leg discomfort. I use it most of my work day!

This footrest overall has been pretty solid! I could see it working well for most people! This is the first footrest I have purchased so I didn’t know quite exactly what I was looking for, but I have found that since I work from home and wear socks, my feet easily slip off of the footrest if I keep it at an angle. So unfortunately I am returning this footrest to try a soft one. If you know that you don’t want a soft footrest or if you always are wearing shoes at your desk, then I think this would be a great option for you!
