I needed something under my desk when I work and this suited my feet! It's perfect to rest your feet on and allows you to sit up right. My desk is higher than normal so my chair has to sit higher. Rather than put my feet on the "feet" of the chair, this foot rest allows me to sit upright with a better posture. I like the various adjustment levels. I do not like that it slips on hardwood floor. It needs better grips on the bottom.

After spending countless hours at my desk, I knew I needed something to keep my posture in check and my feet comfortable. This footrest caught my eye with its adjustable height and the promise of a little foot massage action. 🦶💆♂️ The good news? It delivers on comfort. The adjustable height is great for finding that sweet spot, and the rocking motion helps keep my legs from getting too stiff during long work sessions. The little bumps on the surface even provide a subtle foot massage when I kick off my shoes—definitely a nice bonus! 🎉 However, it’s not without its quirks. The footrest tends to slide a bit on hard floors, which can be annoying if you like to fidget as much as I do. Also, while the rocking motion is nice, it doesn’t lock into place, so if you’re looking for something that stays put, this might not be your perfect match. Overall, it’s a solid addition to my home office setup. It’s made a noticeable difference in my comfort levels, even if it’s not perfect. A physical therapist recommended this to me. It’s life changing. Sitting at my desk now is a pleasure. It should be noted, I didn’t realize how poor my posture was while at my desk until I implemented this item. Fantastic. It’s a good size for the space you have and comfortable. The different elevations make it customizable for everyone. The pain in my shoulder has significantly subsided.

Edit 2: I don't think I'm particularly hard on my things, but I managed to break this while adjusting my position at my desk. This foot rest could work for someone who is very, very mindful of not putting downward pressure on it, but I still think this could have been much more sturdily made. Ultimately, I think it's better to save your money and get a quality metal one, but this is still a good enough option for this price range. Edit: The seller reached out to offer support and was very receptive of feedback. I've used the footrest for a while now, and I've found a way to slide it around without having to re-adjust each time. I do think it would be better if there was a way to lock the height, and a few inches wider, but it is sturdy enough to do its job and it has significantly improved my desk posture. I'm happy with it!

AWESOME! This footrest is the BEST one I have ever had. I have been doing a desk job for 36 years and this footrest is by far the BEST!! I have it on the highest setting (I am only 4' 11") and it is perfect for my short legs. The swivel from front to back and the massaging bumps are added luxuries! If you need a foot rest for under your desk, I give this one a 10 out of 10!

Wish I would have gone with my gut and got the one that’s a little bit more expensive. I’ve had this thing just over year with very light use and it’s now a giant paper weight. The metal rod slips out of the slots, which causes it to completely flatten. Last time this happened, one of the grommets split and no longer functions making this thing unusable. I contacted them to ask if they had replacement parts that I could purchase and they just kept telling me that they couldn’t send me a replacement because it was past the 1 year warranty. I never asked for a replacement, I just wanted to purchase a grommet so I didn’t have to waste the space in the landfill. They offered a 10% discount on a new one ($3 discount) which I do not want. I refuse to waste any more money on a new one and risk wasting money on junk. Skip this one folks.
