The packing included with the foot rest had the dimension smaller than the listing in Amazon... but the actual foot rest is even smaller yet. The amazon listing, for my purchase shows it at 11’’x5’’x20’’, the foot rest I received measures 8.25"x3.75"x19" smaller in every dimension, and just enough to make it useless as a foot rest. ***UPDATE*** The customer service reached out and has processed a refund.
