This turned out to be a great product for use especially after my tailbone injury. It’s comfortable & soft..fits well on my office chair and helped relieve pressure especially from my lower back/tailbone area which was badly injured after a freak accident. It provides adequate help to prevent that lower back area from touching the chair and staying afloat near the bottom especially me being slightly overweight. Go for it!

This is the best of its category by far. Good for a larger person like me because it’s wider and thicker than other products. Very comfortable and good quality. The wider gap helps to relieve the pressure on the tailbone better than other products. Supports the glutes and hamstrings rather than the tail bone area. I’ve purchased other products with similar features, but this one covers it all. I threw out or donated the previous products I purchased. I currently use this with my Xchair and in my LayZBoy recliner.

5 month update: The cushion is still great!! It hasn’t squished one bit despite daily sitting on it for hours. Still very comfortable to sit for longer hours on office chair. Highly recommend it! Original review at time of purchase: ****************** This is a perfect seat cushion for office chairs. It is big enough to take the whole space on my chair (see image). It doesn’t feel like I’m going to fall off the sides or I’ve to move the cushion constantly. I’m 5’9 inches, 150lbs and it feels great to sit on the extra thick 6 inch comfortable cushion. The shape is also very unique and for some reason works 10x better to rest my lower back. I work a lot on the computer and am prone to lower back and hip pain due to favoring my dominant side. This cushion immediately helps alleviate the pain and also helps improve my posture and not favor my dominant side!! I had one previously from another brand and it was so much smaller and flatter…Barely any support on lower back with struggles to move it constantly and did not offer much help with such ergonomic injury related pain!! Great durable product that I have been using for the last several weeks and it has retained the comfort level from when I first received it!! This is a great buy and definitely worth the money!!!

I love this cushion..it fits entirely on my office chair and is super comfortable as I sit on it. Its firmness is perfect and despite my average-ish build it doesn’t feel too large or squish under my weight. Its wedge shape/lean helps me avoid slouching on my chair.

This provides amazing pain, relief for my back and my bottom because I was in a car accident and it makes it hard to sit down for long periods of time chairs, or other surfaces that have no cushion at all. It also has a really nice slippers resistant bottom so when you need to move to adjust yourself, it doesn’t move around. it has an easy to remove cover so it makes it really easy to wash it. When you get it it just like any new item. It will have a new smell to it but it goes away pretty quickly so you don’t have to worry about having a lingering smell. Overall, the functionality of this cushion is really nice. I use it at the dinner table because it’s a solid wooden chair so there’s no cushion to it and I even use it when I have game night with my kids which makes it easier for me to sit for a longer period of time and enjoy playing games with them. It even has a handle on the side, which makes it easy when you need to carry it around with you.

This is my second purchase of this pillow. I wanted another one so that I don’t have to carry it around from room to room. I bought the first one about a year ago, and it has maintained its shape and is the ONLY comfortable cushion I have found that relieves my chronic tailbone pain. I have tried many others, believe me. Donut pillows are worthless and other pillows with a U shape are not thick enough or high enough. THIS is the one to buy, especially if you are a big person. Thank you!

This is the best seat cushion ever! I’ve tried so many different cushions I have severe tailbone and buttock pain. The opening in the back provides great relief and comfort. And the height of the cushion is ideal I can sit higher at my desk and it’s helps with my posture also. I’ve spent so much money on seat cushions for the last three years and this cushion is by far the best. I physically and mentally feel better. It’s PERFECT. I think it may also help reduce the injections I have to get in my lower back. Just an amazing cushion. I don't weigh much, maybe 100 lbs, so I find this horribly firm. No cushion at all. The gap for the tailbone is nice, but too large for me. The tilt on it makes no sense to me, just numbs my legs faster. I am permanently disabled in a seating position all day, and this is not recommended for anyone in my position, in my eyes.
