Would prefer the seat cushion was taller as it flattens with time/pressure but that's just my preference. That said, the back cushion is basically perfect. I think this would fit well on most standard chairs in America. If you're a larger person, the seat cushion might not do the trick. Seems worth the money. I've used this cushion for two years now and overall love it. It was especially helpful during pregnancy while I was working from home. I give it 4 stars because it doesn't stay in place great and doesn't support my back the way I was hoping it would. Things I love about this cushion: - Comfortable, especially the butt part - Makes sitting at a desk much more doable for long periods of time especially in uncomfortable chairs - It's COOL... The extra padding is somehow cooling and doesn't make me hot even when I'm working for a long time Things I do NOT like about this cushion: - It slides and gets out of place easily (see my photo where the back cushion slips down the chair... Purchased for my chair at work. Not sure if it's how I sit, or what, but I find I kind of slip off of the seat and have to reposition myself frequently. Also, the stretchable strap that secures the back cushion keeps stretching more and more. Have to keep tightening the strap. I'm afraid I won't be able to adjust it anymore. Still 5 stars! My psiatic pain is all but completely gone, and I now consider this a necessity for my physical health in general. However, the seat cushion did end up being a bit small for me (5'11 average build) so I got a bigger one and this seat cushion is now a permanent fixture in my car and now I can't drive without it!!! This was not enough for me to ding it though - so still 5 stars at this price point. This product still expands fully and might as well be brand new out of the box after 21 months of at least 60 hours a week of use. Original Review: --(Headline) Great results if you let it do its job-- Main thing to remember, this device is designed to support good posture, not make poor posture instantly comfortable. After a week and a half I notice a huge difference in my sciatic nerve pain - couldn't be happier. It does take some getting used to though, feels a little awkward at first - I could see how some people might right this off before giving it a chance to really do its job. ... show more

Initial impression: Comfortable (check), well made (check), Design is a plus (check), pricepoint. Um, well I suppose that since a matching lumbar support pillow/rest comes with it (check). I began using it only yesterday after the caring, customer-service-oriented delivery person left it on my front porch in the rain with no plastic bag over the box (sigh!). So, the box was drenched and a moat was spilling from inside. Fortunately, the supplier already had it wrapped in plastic so no damage occurred...but what if? No doubt others have had a similar experience, so what am I whining about? Well, when we pay for stuff, we're not paying for extra water to come with it; at least I ain't! Anyway... So, I will edit this review when I get some miles on it. I have a 3-hr PMI exam upcoming, so that ought to give it a good test drive for sciatica relief effectiveness since that's mostly why I got it. ... show more
