It takes 2 people to put together. We both love it. We use it at least 3-4 times a week. Helps with achy muscles and joints. Our only problem was that the shipping company that it came into here in Eugene Oregon with kept telling us they didn't have it yet. Come to find out they had it sitting on their dock for 10 days. We went down there and surprise, it was right out front of their office door on the freight dock. They said it would take a week to deliver to our house, which is less than 2 miles away. I said that was not acceptable, we would take it ourselves right now and that I would be letting Amazon know how rude they were and how the girl picking it up with the fork lift to put it in our pickup, gouged a mark into the wood. This is not Amazon's fault but the Este's shipping company in Eugene, Oregon. Bad company to deal with. Amazon, Maybe you should look for another company to ship through coming into Eugene, Oregon.

This is a very sturdy beautiful sauna. It took two of us to construct it, but it went pretty quickly. We had a bit of trouble getting everything lined up just so we put the roof on but that was our only sticking point. Six months in and it still smells like cedar inside. We use it almost every day. It’s a tight fit for two people so I wish we had gone up in size to the four person one.

We are so happy with our purchase of this sauna. The ultra low EMF is what caught my attention and we were also looking for a sauna that could be placed outdoors. Not all of them can be. This one checked all of the boxes. Delivery was made within one week with exceptional communication from the delivery company and the seller. Set up was easy and it works great! Infrared saunas help my arthritis very much. And it gets all the nasty toxins out of our bodies. The Bluetooth speakers are very nice as I put on my audiobook and just sit and listen. I could even put a movie on my iPad on a table just in front of the sauna and be entertained. I highly recommend this sauna!

This is great!. Got here much earlier than expected (or estimated). Came in three boxes on a pallet. The freight company rolled it right into my garage. All boxes were in perfect condition. Super well packed. It was very easy to setup (you need two people to do it safely). Everything works as described. The Bluetooth speakers sound great. We are very happy with the purchase. We got the Mohagany and its beautiful and smells great too. Ours, as you see, is outside but under our awning near the pool. I hope it will last a long time. (Does come with a 10yr warranty).

The people who contacted me about delivery and the delivery drivers were all very polite and professional. I was impressed with how well the three cartons were packed and the quality of the product. Nice workmanship. I tried to put the unit together myself, but the roof was just too heavy. Definitely a two person job. Took me about a day and a half to complete the job and this included integrating my deck railing to the unit. I had already built the foundation. The instruction book is very straight forward and fairly easy to follow. I would give this 5 stars, but I precut my railing according to the dimensions listed for this unit. Not even close. About 4” difference between the ad description and the actual width. I turned on the unit to be sure I had plugged in all the electrical connections correctly. Works great and I can’t wait to try it out.
