I would rate the quality of the massaging aspect of this to be five stars. The shiatsu motion is quite intense, and it’s nice that you are able to adjust the intensity. It’s kind of interesting when you turn it into reverse mode that it massages and hurts in a good way. It also has a strap so it lets you attach it to a chair or whatever you’re sitting against, I use that strap at work when I’m sitting in my office chair. What I haven’t loved so much is the heating aspect of it. Even after having the massager on for five or 10 minutes, I don’t even notice any of the heat. If I put my hand right up against the massager, I do think I feel a little warm, but it’s nothing intense or anything that I think would cause any relief from the heat. Maybe it’s meant to not be so intense but for me I like quite a bit of heat I’m going to use heat therapy. Intense or anything that I think would cause any relief from the heat. Item: Ekmoey Lower Back Massager with Heat, Back & Neck Massager for Pain Relief Deep Tissue,3D This is a nice back massager! I love that the heat is great on this. I have had similar machines and you can't really feel the heat, this one you can. The multiple speeds are enjoyable and relaxing and it is fairly quiet compared to other massagers. The soft faux leather material gives it a nice, high end appeal. I love the compact size as it isn't taking up the whole floor when I'm not using it. I can easily slip it under my work desk and no one is the wiser. It does plug into a wall adapter to use and I appreciate the cord is long enough to actually reach the distance. My only complaint is the buttons to operate are in an awkward location and no remote. But I can overlook all that because it rubs my back very nicely and I love it. WIN!

This massager showed up for me just in time! I was suffering from very stiff muscles and my neck massager had ripped open and started pulling my hair. I had to stop using it. This shows up in my recommendations and I grabbed it quickly. It seemed to have arrived within minutes, and I immediately opened it and plugged it in and started using it. Ahhhh. The great things about this are that it came with two power cords...one for home, and one for the car! It has a 12V plug you can use on the go. Although I tried using it driving, I cannot drive while this is on, but I CAN enjoy it while my husband drives, and since we live over an hour one way from the nearest grocery store, it is a great feature! I also like that it rotates one direction then automatically changes direction after so many rotations. It also has a button you can press to change the direction as you wish. There is a heat on/off button as well. And a speed control for low or high. One thing my other massager had that would make this one better for me is a switch to change the width between the massage heads. I liked that I could widen the distance when doing my back or shoulders, and then narrow the distance when doing my neck. This massager does not have that option so it is a little too wide for my neck, but I've found that if I position it sideways, I can get some relief anyway. The other thing that is a little inconvenient for me is to change the settings, I have to reach back to the massager or bring the massager around to the front to reach the buttons on the side. When I am comfortable, I don't want to move the machine, but it is also difficult to reach back with the stiffness I have had. That's probably not a big deal if you're arms move easily. Mine do not right now, but as I recover, it will be fine. I do wish it had "handles" on the sides to position and move it around behind you. It would make it easier and more comfortable. Also, the heat option is nice, too. And I like that I can set it on or under my legs. There is a flap on it that is removable by a zipper. This flap they describe as a dust cover, or you can use it to place between the nubs and your back for added cushion if you want. I haven't decided if I like that or not. But the flap has the touch and feel of real leather...it's kinda nice after the smell wears off quickly. I think for the cost, this massager is overpriced. My old one, which had some better features, was less than half the cost.

I like the design of this massager. You can massage your waist, back and neck while lying down, or you can sit and place it on the back of the sofa. It has strong power, no noise, and multiple modes. You only need to lie down or lean on it. There is no need to pull or press. It is more relaxing. Using it for a few minutes a day can relieve a day‘s fatigue.

This item is a neck and back massager with built-in heating capabilities. It comes with the power adapter and a corded remote. It's black in color with a protective cover that zips on and off. As for using the massager, it's relatively ergonomic in design and thus fits your neck and lower back relatively well. The heating element of this massager is either on or off, it's not adjustable and the temperature is just fine, nothing too warm. The intensity of the rollers are, however, adjustable with 3 different levels. The direction of the rollers can also be changed at the push of a button on the remote. There is a also a velcro strap on the back of the massage that would allow you to fit it over a smaller chair (or potentially even a car seat) as it also comes supplied with the 12v socket adapter. My preference for this is to set it at the base of my office chair and let it massage my lower back while I work. Overall, this item appears relatively well made, it's ergonomic enough to be comfortable to use. I personally prefer using it on my back than my neck. The remote is corded which is good for not loosing it, but is an inconvenience when setting it up. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for an inexpensive massaging device. It feels great on the lower back.
