I bought this product for my wife, who has suffered from severe neck pain. She has seen Chiropractors, Doctors, had Ex-rays, acupuncture, and the only relief was getting professional massages, which only offered temporary relief. I even went to a large pharmacy chain and bought every type of neck remedy I could find, including a neck pillow that heated up, which offered some relief. Fortunately, I had a moment of inspiration and thought, why not check out the neck, and upper back pain devises on Amazon. So I did, and there were many. After careful consideration, I ordered the Resteck neck and upper back massage device that also transmits heat. After all the products I bought for her, I thought this might be a long shot, but why not try. This is the caveat, substance, and conclusion of the product. It worked, and it worked immediately. It is an incredible neck and upper back massage devises that penetrates more deeply into the pain points then any person could. It is effortless to adjust the devise on the parts of the one's neck and back that need the most help. Due to the massage balls, it works quickly. She used it for two weeks every night while watching television or lying in bed. Every time she used it, the pain was immediately gone within 20 minutes. Now she uses it once a week and only on a need to use basis. This story gets better, so I started using it, and wow, it is better than a massage. It is so focused on its massage balls for me and relaxing that I use it once a week for relaxation purposes. It is easy to use, plug it in and press on the buttons, with time I found which selection worked best for me. It is a solution and a product that is manufactured with high quality. I purchased this product after doing some research on similar products but honestly did not know what to expect. I had a severe neck and shoulder injury after an accident about 12 months ago and struggled to get any relief outside of localized massage by a professional. Usually in pain or discomfort most of the day from muscular tightness and reduced range of motion, I was getting desperate to find a solution I could use on my own where ever and whenever I needed some relief. This product arrived and was put to use immediately. I have been using the product for about 4 months for on average an hour a day. The Resteck delivers the results I need and has reduced my pain and discomfort considerably. It has also been reliable during this time with no issues or indications of failure. The quality of build on this product is excellent and the materials used are durable. I am not sure how they can make a product of this quality at the price point it is sold, I would definitely purchase it again without hesitation and often recommend this product to my friends and family, many of whom have tried it themselves as well. The Resteck design enables use multiple ways so it is easy to get to the right position or location you need. I use it all over my back and it works great for massaging your legs as well. The unit I purchased has selectable heat and multiple speeds which give you the flexibility of use for different needs. Finally, the unit comes with a case that makes it easy to pack around or put away for a while without losing the power plugs, I love that! Thank you to Resteck for creating such a wonderful product. Having it created by a small private business here in the USA is even better.

Wow!!! I have received this, what I will be calling from now on: "miracle worker " just 1h ago and and I am 100% "SOLD". I have been having almost daily headaches in the past 6 month from tightening on my neck and shoulder blades. . There are days..... I hurt so bad. š I am used to pushing through pain, I have done PT for chronic neck pain before and it has brought me some relief... but it's short lived. I have tried cupping, several other devices and NOTHING have been able to target and pin point the tension and trigger points on my neck and shoulder blades such a this device. PROS: My FAVE feature of all.... it is giving me the independence and freedom of addressing my pain on my own, without having to ask help to get to the painful spot and it will save me hundreds of dollars on PT co-pays. This Resteck massager, is portable, farely light weight, easy to move around until you find your trigger spots, pains and aches.... and it will work relentlessly on it until you find relief. This lil machine is POWERFUL. It applies the necessary pressure to work through the most stubborn knots and muscle tension. It a "heat" feature that brings good warmth to help with muscle relation, but you can turn it on and off as you wish. All the the controls are on left side for easy access at your fingertips. It offers 3 different apeeds, 2 different directions on the rollers to customize your massage to your preference. It is corded, so you don't have to worry about charging batteries and you can even use it in the car, it comes with an additional car plug (I haven't tried that yet). Very affordable for the effectiveness and high quality of the product. I love that it came with a very well constructed bag, for convenience storage or to take on a trip too. CONS: not many really.... but so far, I wish it was dual voltage 110v-220v to take on international trips. It is bulky. And I am sure some people would prefer something rechargeable and cordless for easier mobility while using it. But I personally love that it's wall plugged so I don't have to worry about not being able to use it when I want for lack of charge. I didn't get paid or get any "freebies" from this review. This massager just have brought me so much needed relief, I think others need to know that you don't have to live in pain. I can't comment on durability since I have had this for just 1 day..... but I will add more pics and video later on when I get a chance.

POSITIVE: I LOVED this product and used it frequently. It relieved my neck and shoulder pain. The massage loosened all the tense spots. I like that it also has heat option, which added to the comfort of the massage. CONS: I bought this in September 2019 and IT BROKE!!! It did not last. It started emitting the horrible burning smell and smoke started coming out of it. It only lasted 3 months!!! So disappointed!!! Now, I have to look for another one. It will NOT be this brand. I gave 2 stars because I enjoyed it while it worked but since it only lasted 3 months. Ugh!!! *******UPDATE******* Since my last review, the owner of the company, Mr. Ted Cox, contacted me via email. Mr. Cox went above and beyond to help me. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Mr. Cox refunded half of the cost AND sent me a new massager!!! To be honest, after the massager broke and before I received Mr. Coxās replacement, my son ordered me a new, more well known brand. It is heavy and it does not massage in different directions like Resteck does. It donāt get all my ākinksā out like Restock, either. Iāve used Resteck more than the one my son bought me. Iām hoping the first Resteck was a lemon and this one will last. Thank you, Mr. Cox for ALL your assistance to help me. I appreciate it. You are top notch!!! I would definitely buy anything from you and your company. I updated to 4 stars because Mr. Cox was so helpful AND when the massager works, itās the best.

Purchase because I have lower back pain. This is a wonderful Massager! It actually works. It loosen those tight muscles on my lower back and spine. You can set it a different level of massage. I use it at the lowest setting. It also has a heat setting. I am so happy I purchased this massager. I was lucky enough to get to try it out before purchasing, since my daughter had one.

I got up with a bad pain all over my body, even walking was difficult, my body was screaming because of the pain, I had a nod on my back and I used this neck massager one time for 20 minutes, the pain was as gone after that, even my walking improved, this is not a paid review, and I donāt write reviews so often, but this definitely deserves more than 5 stars āļø

I canāt express enough how good this is . Iāve had 3 accidents two of them I got a concussion so itās been years I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. I used to go at least once a month to physiotherapy but this device was a life changer. I totally recommend it

I am fairly happy with the device itself, which does a good job with its massage function--although I wish it would remember setting from the last session (heat is always on by default, which can be uncomfortable after multiple use sessions.). My big problem is the poor durability of the fabric cover, and the fact that it is not replaceable. My original unit lasted about a month until the fabric cover tore through use. The company's customer support was gracious enough to send out a replacement unit (which I greatly appreciated, but felt a little like overkill when only the cover was torn), however another 4-5 months down the road, the fabric cover on the second unit is beginning to tear. The funny thing is that the cover is fully zippered and removeable, but they do not sell replacements. Perhaps because the entire device is so cheaply manufactured; much of the device's internals are cheap plastic foams that will not stand up to much wear and degrade through usage. If Resteck improved the durability of the fabric cover and sold replacements, replaced the cheap plastic foams with more durable and long-lived alternatives, and introduced a "memory" setting to the device, I think it would be vastly improved. Adding braille-style raised indicators to the different buttons to help distinguish them without looking would also be a big improvement. Considering the price of this product, it's disheartening Resteck didn't go the extra mile and create a durable, high-end product. I'd be willing to pay a little more if I knew it wasn't filled with the cheapest possible materials.
