I love this! I have EDS a connective tissue disease and the first thing I feel every day is pain. This mat is wonderful! The vibration is strong and the heat helps me relax. It doesn’t remove all the pain but the vibration competes with the pain signals and really helps. The neck pillow is removable and works on my legs, back, shoulders and neck. I also get cold at night so putting the heat on is so delightfully toasty and also helps relax my muscles. The pressure is what you make it with your angle and position but I think it’s good. I also love that it folds up like a cute little pillow for storing when not in use but it’s also very unobtrusive under a blanket. I’m also 6 feet tall and the mat is large enough I fit. It’s thick and sturdy in construction too. I love it so much I got one for my mom. I have not tried it on a chair yet but I have used it while sitting up in bed. This is far cheaper than a massage chair and a great value for for the money! As fast as the cons: I wish the neck massager had adjustable distance for the massage heads, and I wish the timer was longer. I also wish that another cord was included so I could use the massage mat and the pillow on my calf (it has a connecting wire as a pillow but not if it’s far away from the head placement). A $15 wire from the hardware store can fix the distance issue though. It is a heating pad so it’s important to make sure you have padding between it and your mattress if you have a foam mattress as the heat can damage your mattress. But that’s easily accomplished with a folded blanket. I got this on sale for $95 ($101 after tax) I have used it 6+ hours per day since I got it a week ago. A 15 minute massage from a person is about as much in my area so I consider this an excellent bargain!!

I liked detachable pillow which has Shiatsu massager. It can be detached and can be used to massage back (by sitting in chair) and leg (by lying down). The vibration intensity is great but more powerful vibrators can be added for extra comfort. The pad is nice and seems like memory foam. Overall it’s a good massager and really relieves pain and discomfort in whole body or specific region.

The design and construction is of high quality and very easy to use. The ability to detach the neck pillow massager is a great idea. I'll need to play around with the neck messager a little more as the intensity is a little low for me. The mat provides a lot of support for your entire spine. I've had back issues for decades, and this neck and back mat is one of the best ones I've come across for the price.

Setup was easy , material was felt-like, soft and plush. Vibration intensity even at high could’ve been even stronger. Pillow heat and mat heat okay takes a while to warm up. Pillow makes a annoying grinding popping noise as it rotates something I can’t deal with will need to return product.

There is nothing I don’t like about this product, it’s heated, neck massage back and forth around your neck, and if you position your shoulder the rollers will do it job amazingly and the neck massage is heated or not depending on your choice. For the mat it’s heated also, it’s vibrating a few different ways. If you need something to help you relax and it doesn’t cost a lot this product is perfect. Overall, everything is what I need for the low price. It’s affordable and help me relaxing. It’s light, easy to put away simply roll it and there is a belt to hold it in place, it’s can fit someone 6 feet high, the neck roller is gentle but work just right. For the price it’s just right. Seriously it’s worth every penny. I work at a salon and we have lots of massage chair but still wait until I get home to lay on my mat to relax. Thanks for the great products and the price is super low.

This is a NECK Massager ONLY with a heated body mat. The description is misleading. There are no massagers on the body part of the mat. The neck massager worked well, but it was not what we needed. I purchased 2 of these in October 2024 for Christmas gifts, and it is too late to return them, so that is my fault, but DO NOT purchase if you need a body massager as well.
