I love the intensity on my back. The design of the bottom of the chair makes it a bit difficult to stay in position for the rollers to hit where I want them to. I am 5'2" and my son is 5'7.5". Neither of us can get the rollers to hit our neck area without a lot of manipulation of the back of the chair and pillows on the seat or under the back of the chair. Once I found the sweet spot for it to work out the knot in my shoulder/neck area, it helped a great deal. The heat is barely noticeable unfortunately. I was really looking forward to that. I do slide off the seat and out of position even with the airbags and have to constantly reposition myself which I do find annoying but overall this is the best chair I have found so far. It is quite heavy and the velcro catches on your clothing when moving it. I tried the lesser model by the same company, it had better heat but very poor massage so I returned that one for this one. Really impressed with what very little money can get you. This thing can beat you up if you choose. Very powerful and nice massage system. It has it all, good for heavier people. 220lb range and zero issues. So many options to choose. Very happy with the purchase.

    • Good but side air bag is messed up
I would have exchanged this but due to when it was bought, received as a gift, then tried out the time to exchange had passed…. :( sad since I like it other than the left back air bag is really uncomfortable. It doesn’t inflate or deflate properly and HURTS my side. The right seems like it would be a good feature if it was symmetrical. I hate that I can’t utilize it. Everything else feels good, works well, and seems to be of quality craftsmanship. I’m short, 5’1”, and I CANNOT get my neck where it should be. It’s more of a head massage. Even when I sit on pillows I cannot get to the right level or position. The pressure and massage is nice! My kids all enjoy it too. The feature of “spot” is great because if you have an area needing more attention the button allows the ma hind to work and focus on that area. Again, I feel money was wasted because the side. Back airbag. Oh and the “vibrate” feature on the seat is very minimal and disappointing to use. But not a game changer for me ... show more

The versatility of the machine is incredible. There are so many settings and adjustable positions on the massager that it works for any body type. The massaging nodes are powerful and the heat feature is incredible. One 15 minute session is enough to take most of your aches and pains away.     • You get a good massage!
We are happy with this purchase! If you suffer from back and neck pain, you will be happy with this product. Only one default my husband is 6'3 and the neck massage is a bit to low for him but he leans his back on it and still enjoys the massage because it has good kneading balls so it really digs in his shoulder/lower neck area. The lower back kneading massage is not as powerful as the neck or upper back but the air pressure does the job to fill in the gaps on lower back. So far, I'm satisfied with it. If the lower back a just a little more kneading power this massager would be 100% perfect! Anyhow, I would still recommend this product. It's a good massager! Timer is only for 15 mins so have to run it back to back to get a full 30 min massage. Also the heat feature takes a while to warmup. ... show more

    • So Close to really good
Pros: 1) Rollers work very well. Provide good a shiatsu massage. 2) Heat and vibration function also work very well. 3) Handled pressing against and extra body weight well. I was able to lay this in a zero recline chair and it worked well for my weight. 4) Solidly built. Cons: 1) The airbags really do nothing. The ones in the seat do press against the back of the legs and hip areas and offer some comfort but there is no real squeeze or massage. Your weight combined with the airbags becoming ridged when inflated is what causes the pressing sensation. 2) The side airbags made little difference. Hardly noticeable. I am a thick person and I did not feel much "pressing or squeezing". A thinner person will not feel much at all. 3) The control is not intuitive. There should be an instant "all" on button and "intensity" button. The rest of the buttons can be figured out to give more specific massages but most of the time I just wanted to sit down and have heat, vibration, bags and rollers all just take off.... 4) The neck rollers and the main back rollers have a 3 to 6 inch gap. It may be a height issue but the neck rollers and the main back rollers do not meet up by the shoulders. I found myself having to arch up or slide down to accommodate the missed area. It was only a movement of about 3 to 5 inches but it was bothersome. 5) Adjusting the "neck" rollers to the upper or lower end of the track caused it to have a loud "pop" as the rollers worked at the very end of the tracks. Summary: Over all this is a solidly build machine that will let you make any supported or reclined chair into a basic massage chair. It did help out with muscle pain in my back where the rollers could work on things. The remote needs to be simplified or worked on to be more intuitive. There needs to be longer than 15 min time limit. Maybe set it by 15 minutes up to 30 minutes. The air bags did not add much to the experience. The heat and vibration worked well. You can get it to massage in good spots and have good results in removing knots and re-leaving pain with the spot massage function and making body adjustments. I wish this were a 5 star review. I have owned full massage chairs. I was impressed with the shiatsu massage part. Some of the design flaws would make this worth the full 200 dollars. Otherwise I would suggest a model that has just the rollers and heat. ... show more
