I ordered my back massager and it was great to have it delivered the following day. I had it in less than 24 hours. I love that this product has a heat setting, because I get cold easily and this really helps. I was hesitant on trying this since I have tried one in the past and it was actually painful. This one is very comfortable. I love all the different massage settings and heat settings. Due to a medical condition, I am usually in a lot of pain. This has been a huge blessing. It is really helped relieve my pain and help me relax I was doing it first thing in the morning middle of the day and definitely before I lay down to go to sleep at night. Is actually help me improve my sleep and the ability to go to sleep and stay asleep and not wake up in a lot of pain.

Bought this for my husdand becasue he has been having some back issues. This thing works! The massage settings give you a great range of pressure, it heats up great and provide some relief. It fit great in the recliner or laying on the bed! Totally recommond.

It was almost exactly what I was looking for, i.e., a heating pad with shiatsu massage motors. i didn't realize that the elements in this pad vibrate rather than roll. It IS comforting and it does help my sore muscles in the back and, depending how I lie on it, my neck as well. i like the control pad and various options for intensity, choosing areas on the body and whether or not to add heat. It stops after 15 mins., which I guess prevents overheating, but I wish you could choose when to shut it off. Overall, it's well-made, offers relaxing vibration and warmth. Next time, I would pick the actual shiatsu sort of pad, since they are so relaxing, they're almost hypnotic!

This massage pad with heat is amazing if you think about a massage chair would cost you above $2000. I put the pad on my office chair so that I can massage my back when I am working in the office. The experience is just outstanding. Of course, you would have to know what you are expecting. This is not a $2000 massage chair that can massage your whole body, but it does make you feel relaxed if you work longer hours at the desk like me. There are various settings to massage the neck, mid back, lower back, hip, and thigh with different intensity and heat levels. The pad made me feel very comfortable and almost fell asleep every time I used it. Be sure you know what your expectation is. If you’re looking for an affordable massage pad, I’d say this is worth considering.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second massage chair from comfier, and I must say that I like this one a lot more than the last for several reasons. My husband got me the first one as a Christmas present a few years ago, and although it is definitely nice, after some use I realized that my back does not react well to the constant push of the massages, and I end up with more pain than I started. However, that is entirely a ME problem, as I have family members that adore it! Anyway, I recently got this one and although it is definitely thin, it works more off strong vibrations in certain areas rather than a massage piece digging into you. Personally, I like this a lot more as I can enjoy the massage without tissue pain, but rather relief! I guess the fact that it’s multilevel vibrations all around might be what makes it a little loud, but nothing that some headphones on and getting lost to Enya or relaxing music couldn’t fix. The size is perfect on my tall gaming chair! I especially really like that, unlike my other one, I can actually lay back on top of this one and enjoy a full back massage while either leaning back or laying all the way down without feeling any unwanted pressure or anything pushing up against my bones. I have been wanting a massager like this for a long time and I’m glad to finally have found it! I think if I wanted to lay on top of it on top of my bed, I most likely could and it would feel amazing! All the functions hit all the right spots and you can select them all at once or click on the ones you do or do not want to have on. The heating options for the back and seat are also always a nice touch! I am definitely happy with my purchase!
