Have used it daily for about a week so can only speak to performance but not longevity. The unit is better than any I've owned previously. The vibration gives great selectability for area and intensity, is precisely located for optimal effect and is strong enough to make a difference. The heating function gives you back, seat and both but no intensity control. The heat setting is both comfortable and effective. The unit seems to have been tailored for an more for a slimmer office-type chair rather than a larger recliner in terms of the straps that hold it to the chair. These are NOT adjustable straps but elastic. I put this on a narrower European/Scandinavian type lounge chair and barely got it on. Wider chair backs may be an issue. Longer securing straps with Velcro-style attachment would have given this 5 stars for added flexibility for all chair types. Despite the lack of flexibility in terms of attachment, this is really an awesome performer. I highly recommend this for those who are helped by vibration and heat therapy.

This massage pad with heat is amazing if you think about a massage chair would cost you above $2000. I put the pad on my office chair so that I can massage my back when I am working in the office. The experience is just outstanding. Of course, you would have to know what you are expecting. This is not a $2000 massage chair that can massage your whole body, but it does make you feel relaxed if you work longer hours at the desk like me. There are various settings to massage the neck, mid back, lower back, hip, and thigh with different intensity and heat levels. The pad made me feel very comfortable and almost fell asleep every time I used it. Be sure you know what your expectation is. If you’re looking for an affordable massage pad, I’d say this is worth considering.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second massage chair from comfier, and I must say that I like this one a lot more than the last for several reasons. My husband got me the first one as a Christmas present a few years ago, and although it is definitely nice, after some use I realized that my back does not react well to the constant push of the massages, and I end up with more pain than I started. However, that is entirely a ME problem, as I have family members that adore it! Anyway, I recently got this one and although it is definitely thin, it works more off strong vibrations in certain areas rather than a massage piece digging into you. Personally, I like this a lot more as I can enjoy the massage without tissue pain, but rather relief! I guess the fact that it’s multilevel vibrations all around might be what makes it a little loud, but nothing that some headphones on and getting lost to Enya or relaxing music couldn’t fix. The size is perfect on my tall gaming chair! I especially really like that, unlike my other one, I can actually lay back on top of this one and enjoy a full back massage while either leaning back or laying all the way down without feeling any unwanted pressure or anything pushing up against my bones. I have been wanting a massager like this for a long time and I’m glad to finally have found it! I think if I wanted to lay on top of it on top of my bed, I most likely could and it would feel amazing! All the functions hit all the right spots and you can select them all at once or click on the ones you do or do not want to have on. The heating options for the back and seat are also always a nice touch! I am definitely happy with my purchase!

This chair massager is awesome.. I have a bad problem with muscle spasms in my back and it has relieved my back so much with the massaging on the back., I love every massaging part of this it is great It feels great not to have spasms all the time now made my life a lot easier

Worked well for eight months, then the lower back motors both failed. They will work only on low speed and will not turn off unless unplugged. Off switch turns off everything except those two motors. Still under one year warranty but seller requires buyer to pay shipping to return. Will cost $35 to return, not worth it. **UPDATE November 1** Seller is paying attention to reviews - they emailed me shortly after this review was posted and said they reviewed the original package weight and size and determined the cost to return would be $14.83 instead of $35. Return label must be purchased from them and only works in $1 increments, so cost ended up at $15. That was worth it to me, and they shipped a new massager as soon as UPS confirmed I had dropped off the damaged one. New one arrived quickly and works perfectly, at least for now.

Super strong vibration! I had one before and this one is much stronger. It’s very loud compared to my last one but the vibrations are much better. The heat is fabulous and there are multiple types of massage choices. So far so good!
