A lovely upgrade from my old system. I’m not an FPS gamer, so I can’t speak to that, but it handles Planet Crafter and Phasmophobia like a champ. One star off for the false advertising in the title. The laptop does have Windows Home, not Windows Pro.

The media could not be loaded. Seriously first off false advertising it has 12 ram when it doesnt and mainyl second off the thing power cycles and its brand new whats up power cycling if its brand new why does it do that

the ad says 12 GB GPU, mine has an 8 GB GPU. I needed 12 GB! This is a really good laptop, issue is they made it too thin for the power it requires, making the required cooling much louder than it needs to be, especially in performance mode. If you try to use it at full power with the battery it'll last about 20 minutes, I often have to do 3D walkthroughs of architectural drawings, and balanced mode or eco mode cause the camera to move slowly or with a large amount of jitter through the model. Putting it in performance mode while unplugged drains the battery very quickly. That said, when plugged in even under heavy load the cooling is sufficient if overly loud. I don't mean blaringly loud, I just mean louder than I would like it to be. I solved the problem for 3D rendering by buying a laptop stand with fans built in, that cut the volume by minimum 1/3, if not by half. ... show more

Pro’s: LED’s are gorgeous, setup/design is decent, actually runs borderlands 4 at launch, battery life is okay, amazing value for money too Con’s: Pretty loud (which is to be expected with gaming laptops), it gets pretty hot too but usually after a few hours of heavy gaming Overall its a pretty decent gaming laptop id recommend for new and experienced gamers.
