This product may be a good fit for someone seeking relaxation, gentle stretching, and heat therapy. Unfortunately, it was not the right fit for me. The heat function was nice, and I could feel some stretching during use, but the overall benefit was not substantial enough for my lower back and SI joint issues. I was hoping for a more noticeable traction effect and longer-lasting relief. While I don't think it's a bad product, I ultimately decided to return it because it did not provide enough value for my specific needs. If your goal is stress relief and mild stretching, you may enjoy it. If you're seeking significant relief from chronic back pain, I would recommend keeping your expectations realistic and seeking physical therapy. One thing I did appreciate was the ease of use. Once properly positioned, I was able to use the mat comfortably on my bed. The surface was easy to wipe down and keep clean, which made maintenance simple. Despite its size, I found it easy to put away when not in use and did not have any issues storing it between sessions. Overall, it appears to be a good, quality product for relaxation and light stretching, but it simply wasn't the right solution for my particular needs, so I chose to return it. For that, I will give it 5 stars. Maybe once I'm in better condition, I will try this again.

Unfortunately, real massages are too expensive, and the traditional massage chairs are even more expensive. This is a great affordable home alternative. I actually prefer this as I like the privacy of getting a massage at home. The heat throughout the pad really helps relax the muscles, and air bag massages are very comfortable. I particularly like to use the neck airbags for a light massage, and the back air bags to stretch out my back. The massage mat is made of strong materials and I have no concerns about wear and tear or the item not lasting for a long time. The instruction booklet is easy to understand, and the remote is self-explanatory. Best of all, it is compact and doesn't take up a lot of space. I recommend this full body massage mat wholeheartedly. It is great value for the price!

The unit is well-made and intuitive. It comes in a carrying case, which is easy to open. You unroll the pack, preferably on the floor, but it also works on the couch and the bed. We prefer the hard surface floor but have also used it on the sofa with good results. The power cord could be longer to reach a wall outlet. However, we used a six-foot extension cord to reach the nearest wall outlet. The unit has red lines to show where your neck and waste should be when you lie on the unit. The unit is perfect if you are 5' 8' or less. It will work if you are 6 feet or more, but your feet will hang over the end of the unit. The important thing is to align your neck with the redline on the unit. The auto feature is the best. It will go through all of the motions of your entire body. This takes about 20 minutes, then it will stop. You can reset it or press the button for an individual function, like the back roller. This unit also has three heat intensities. The high heat is hot and could be too hot for some. I prefer the medium heat. Set-up takes about a minute. Putting it away takes about two minutes. We leave it out since we use it every day. It is relaxing but deep, massaging the entire back and neck muscle knots. The calf/thigh air compression is not too tight. It feels nice. The neck area tilts your head from left to right and back again, stretching your neck muscles. This is the best unit we have for an automatic body massage. For all the motions that it does, you would think it cost several hundred dollars or more. We love this unit and use it every day after work. It is perfect if you have lower or upper back pain, including neck tension.

The mat does heat up nicely and the stretching is OK. I thought that it also massages your body but it really doesn’t. I was disappointed about that part. Other than that, it’s OK. Update: The seller contacted me to say they were sorry I wasn’t totally satisfied with the mat. They offered to make things right. Very pleased that they care about their customers satisfaction.
