Wow. Just wow!! I'm so grateful to have come across this product. I was actually looking for something completely unrelated and this caught my interest, so I read on. I am 5'1, 118 pounds and in chronic pain from scoliosis. I am also a retired massage therapist. Because of my size I've never had any luck with these kind of products. I've tried all the portable back massager gadgets, spent money on the 'magic' costly massage chairs, and nothing seems to fit right or provide any kind of genuine relief for me because I'm never fully comfortable. With not much expectation & a tad of skepticism, I thought what the heck... and added it to my cart! Amazon is so incredible with returns so I felt safe enough purchase knowing if it didn't work for me I could easily return it and get my money back. Well let me tell you,, I'm keeping it! I am so grateful I took the risk! This product is seriously a little slice of heaven all rolled up in a carrying case! I am extremely pleased with how it functions, how it actually works for my small body size and more importantly with how it left me feeling! I was actually smiling after the first time using it (maybe drooling too). The best part about it, you can do it in the comfort of your own home, in any room you choose! Do it while watching TV if you want! To those nitpicking in their reviews about it not fitting perfectly, or not massaging enough, I would politely remind them that this is not meant to replace human hands that give a massage. It isn't going do neuro-muscular therapy or deep tissue massage on you! It's meant to provide comforting relief, relaxation, gentle stretching as well as stimulate circulation and blood flow throughout the body; it's also portable. But you're going to need to work with it a few times to figure out what positioning etc. feels right for you to maximize the result. It isn't going to come out of the box perfectly fit for just you. It's a completely different type of massager that we're not used to! It doesn't leave you with literal bruises like some others. It's got a nice and relaxing sensation as opposed to a brutal and jarring traditional massager usually has. I found it very nice for the slow days when you just ache - throw it on, it warms you up, moves you around, and relieves your muscles and cramps. This machine basically stretches you, and assists you in movements that you would otherwise find hard to do, or wouldn't spend the time doing yourself. It's a nice step away from the hassles, and let's us peacefully relax and enjoy assisted movement while leaving tension at bay. I'd get it again! The massager folds up into a very secure briefcase-like carry pouch, perfect for storing away; and unrolls and rapidly fills with air and deflates to create a cushion that's very enjoyable to lay on. I recommend using this on a bed or on a yoga mat if you want a bit of a firmer experience use it on hard floor. It will fill to comfort you. When done, roll it up, Velcro it off, and store away for the next rainy day that you feel like you could use a little bit of a break from the stress of everyday life. I have a lot of lower back, shoulder and neck pain. I was getting massages once a month, which helped a lot. I couldn't afford to keep it up. So I started searching for a massage mat. I chose this one. I didn't want the shiatsu type mats because I think they hurt and are uncomfortable. The (what I call) pillows fill up with air and stretches you, they twist you and they move your lumbar up and down. They don't do this all at the same time but it takes turns. There are four different modes you can choose from and three different levels of heat. It is so relaxing and you feel the tightness go away. I am extremely satisfied with this massage mat! After using it twice it has saved me the cost of one massage. I can use it as often as I need too! It's very easy to fold up which I store next to my bed. I lay it on top of my bed to use it. This has different settings which rotate and massage your neck, stretch your back while giving off heat, and the leg compressions help aching legs. It rolls up into a carrying case as well which makes it convenient for traveling.

I gave the product a good 15-20 minutes to go through all of the different settings. I certainly felt relaxed after, in a way I hadn't felt in a long time. The main issue I have is that I am 5'2". While the neck portion was able to be adjusted down further, there wasn't an ideal position for my whole body to be worked on at once. I ended up using the back, neck, and hip portions separately. I haven't decided if I will keep it. I'll have my husband give it a go, and if he loves it, then I won't return it. As far as what the product did for me, it seemed to improve blood circulation throughout my body. My muscles were pretty tight and it was gentle enough that it didn't hurt. I didn't care for the moments went it "pulsed" on my lower back and neck, but all of the other motions it made were fine. I tried it on top of a folded thin comforter, on the floor. ... show more

Convenient, Portable, 20 min. Customizable sessions for Neck, Back and Hips. The Heat feature focuses on the lower back and works great. There is a stretch feature that works the neck and upper back. This product uses inflatable, vibrating pillows that don't hurt, yet it gets the job done.

This contraption is bulky, heavy and very hard to lay on ... The laying surface is plastic, so putting a towel or sheet on it keeps you from feeling the plastic. And it only increased my lower back pain. The inflators have some kind of insert that pumps your back up as if you're laying on a rock!!! Also, the neck massager made me feel like I was being strangled as the inflators move your head from side to side and presses your neck simultaneously. I'm very disappointed in this massager because it did nothing to make my back feel better!! I wouldn't recommend this contraption for anyone looking for a back massage because, in my opinion, it definitely doesn't deliver anything of comfort!!! ... show more
