Wow. Just wow!! I'm so grateful to have come across this product. I was actually looking for something completely unrelated and this caught my interest, so I read on. I am 5'1, 118 pounds and in chronic pain from scoliosis. I am also a retired massage therapist. Because of my size I've never had any luck with these kind of products. I've tried all the portable back massager gadgets, spent money on the 'magic' costly massage chairs, and nothing seems to fit right or provide any kind of genuine relief for me because I'm never fully comfortable. With not much expectation & a tad of skepticism, I thought what the heck... and added it to my cart! Amazon is so incredible with returns so I felt safe enough purchase knowing if it didn't work for me I could easily return it and get my money back. Well let me tell you,, I'm keeping it! I am so grateful I took the risk! This product is seriously a little slice of heaven all rolled up in a carrying case! I am extremely pleased with how it functions, how it actually works for my small body size and more importantly with how it left me feeling! I was actually smiling after the first time using it (maybe drooling too). The best part about it, you can do it in the comfort of your own home, in any room you choose! Do it while watching TV if you want! To those nitpicking in their reviews about it not fitting perfectly, or not massaging enough, I would politely remind them that this is not meant to replace human hands that give a massage. It isn't going do neuro-muscular therapy or deep tissue massage on you! It's meant to provide comforting relief, relaxation, gentle stretching as well as stimulate circulation and blood flow throughout the body; it's also portable. But you're going to need to work with it a few times to figure out what positioning etc. feels right for you to maximize the result. It isn't going to come out of the box perfectly fit for just you. If your expectations are realistic, you will not be disappointed with this purchase! I'm extremely impressed and would give it 10 stars if I could.

I am really impressed with this full body massage mat. The body stretching and lumbar traction features work wonders on a tight back, and the up-and-down traction gives a really deep stretch. I love that it has 4 different modes, 3 intensity levels, and 3 heat settings, so you can completely customize it depending on how sore you are. The twist functions (left and right) feel amazing after a long day. It's made of nice leather and folds up compactly, making it super easy to store away when not in use. Highly recommend if you need some solid relief at home!

This product may be a good fit for someone seeking relaxation, gentle stretching, and heat therapy. Unfortunately, it was not the right fit for me. The heat function was nice, and I could feel some stretching during use, but the overall benefit was not substantial enough for my lower back and SI joint issues. I was hoping for a more noticeable traction effect and longer-lasting relief. While I don't think it's a bad product, I ultimately decided to return it because it did not provide enough value for my specific needs. If your goal is stress relief and mild stretching, you may enjoy it. If you're seeking significant relief from chronic back pain, I would recommend keeping your expectations realistic and seeking physical therapy. One thing I did appreciate was the ease of use. Once properly positioned, I was able to use the mat comfortably on my bed. The surface was easy to wipe down and keep clean, which made maintenance simple. Despite its size, I found it easy to put away when not in use and did not have any issues storing it between sessions. Overall, it appears to be a good, quality product for relaxation and light stretching, but it simply wasn't the right solution for my particular needs, so I chose to return it. For that, I will give it 5 stars. Maybe once I'm in better condition, I will try this again.

I'm getting older and every part of my body just hurts on the regular so I was looking for a massager that hit multiple areas. Most of the ones I looked at were around $400. A bit pricey for me so I thought I'd try this one. Pros: *massages some key areas I needed, mainly back and hips *very intense (if that's what you need), and honestly, I was impressed; I usually keep mine on the lowest setting, but if you need more, it has more *has heating for the lower back area *plugs in (i.e. doesn't require you to recharge it over and over) *good cost compared to similar massagers *it folds up into its own carrying case Cons: *the neck massager isn't a great fit for me, I think, b/c I have a shorter neck; the side-to-side is great, not as great when it squeezes and pushes up; it can put a weird pressure on the back of my head; I just adjust myself *I wonder if it would be a little better fit if I were taller. I'm 5'4". It can take some adjusting to get the right spots. Might be better if I had a longer torso. Final thoughts: I've used this massager every day since I purchased it, sometimes even multiple times per day. That said, I've had a little over a week at this point. With these types of purchases, I'm always worried they won't last. Fingers crossed! If it conks out at some point, I'll be back to reassess this review. For right now, thumbs up. :)

This full body massage mat has been awesome. It uses air pressure to massage and stretch you, not rollers, which I actually prefer. It feels like a gentle squeeze and release that helps loosen everything up, especially around the lower back. Folding it up was easy enough and it's not too heavy if you want to store it in your closet and bring it out when needed. One thing to know: you really need a flat, firm surface under it. I tried it on a bed and a couch at first and it just did not feel right. On the floor or a firm mat it works way better and you can actually feel the traction and stretching the way it is intended. The heat function is also great. It warms up nicely and helps relax tight muscles, and it makes the whole session feel more calming. I liked it so much I ended up buying a few more for different people in my family, and every single one of them loved it.
