Wow! Okay, so I ordered this not thinking of expecting much to be completely honest. I’ve tried other products that advertise EMS muscle stimulation technology. After years of playing around with cheap ones from China, I finally bought the DOMAS ab belt here on Amazon for my stomach / torso. Can confirm that works. This product though…just wow! It takes EMS to an entirely new level! There are 15 settings and when I tell you the electric pulses and vibrations are strong…I’m not joking! I can only get up to level 6 currently after using this for about a month every other day (I would suggest starting with this around level 3 if you’re looking to add muscle). It definitely works the biceps, in addition to the muscles in the wrists. I have now added this as a supplemental workout exercise for myself and the results are amazing. One month and my biceps look and feel better than ever. Thank you, LOOKEE! I will be a future customer!

I just received mine today. The intensity can be set from 1 to 15. I find at 9 or 10, it really doesn't feel very nice around the wrists but it does make your muscles move, right up to your triceps. I don't notice much on my biceps but definitely my forearms and triceps. The unpleasant feeling stops shortly after your wrists and if you don't actually observe your triceps, or shirt sleeves, you wouldn't realize they were being activated. So, it definitely does what it says it will do and seems well built and easy to use. The big question is, does this type of muscle stimulation actually do any good? Will your muscles get stronger? I have Googled the heck out of it and I am leaning towards yes, it is beneficial but probably not as much as plain weight lifting. But it definitely wins on the convenience factor. I am currently doing many forearm exercises, battling golfers elbow, so it will be difficult to know just how much help it will be. But I plan on using it almost every day and I'm glad I bought it.

Love all the different settings and how it makes my arms feel

I don’t want to be over critical I’ve done ems and it’s great for me everywhere but here I am in good shape and have strong hands and arms as I’m a trades worker and this may be part of it as I use ems after working out to top it off. I use my hands all day climbing drilling twisting turning pipe wrenches and walking pipes all over the place. Fat and weak muscles may feel better idk Level 1 is as high as I went, 2 and 3 are stupid painful (in a way not direct) it’s drawn out long, I’ve been tased in my law enforcement training before job became socially unacceptable. There I was hit with a rack belt and nova shield racer calf belt you name it no big deal… this is less powerful kick but super uncomfortable as it plays in between full contractions on and off with pulses where a taser is a full contraction until done. The muscle rolling around half on off made me restless the whole 15 minutes. And after my hands just felt numb and asleep… health from long term use I have to wonder… It’s like getting a taser dart in the hand for 15 minutes, sorta but it’s short circuiting, idk I really don’t like how it feels. May be different to other people but I did not enjoy how it felt, I’d rather pump iron… This is borderline self harm, you have to like going numb.

My 9 yr old son and myself love using it, really gives a good pulse and works all of the muscles is your hands and arms, the higher the number the further up your arms the pulse goes

I like this product. I only used it once for then15 minutes on mode 1 and level 5, but it definitely works the muscles of your arm and hand. You can feel and see the muscles twitching. It felt nice, like a massage from within. It doesn’t take long to charge with the USB cable. I will play with the different modes and intensity. I think this is a well thought out and designed product.
