My wife has been bugging me to get her a new office chair because the last one started to feel flat. I came across this one and if you're looking for a great office chair this one will check off a lot of boxes. This chair is very very comfortable and has a lot of fine adjustment points, I like that the manual included has instructions on how to install it together as well as all the different adjustment points. Installation out of the box took me roughly 20 minutes, the tool provided made a lot of the tightening of bolts very easy. It was the first time I had seen one like that including most having just an Allen key. This one you tighten like a corkscrew. You will have extra nuts and washer so don't worry if you do. The chair itself looks very premium and feels that way. The cushion has a lot of support and all the lumbar support, neck support, and adjustable armrests make this chair feel premium. The ergonomic features of the chair help alleviate the fatigue that will build up from a cheap office chair. I've sat in this one for a few hours gaming and being able to adjust the armrest height and width helps a lot. If you spend a lot of time at your desk do yourself a favor and buy a really good office chair that has a lot of points of adjustment like this one. ... show more

Took off a star because the first one I tried to put together had an issue where one of the threaded inserts for attaching the armrests ended up coming loose from the plastic and turning, preventing me from tightening it and also preventing me from removing the screw without damaging it. The second one assembled a little easier, but it's still a pain to get the arms on. The tracks for the washers aren't large enough and causes them to tilt which makes inserting the screws difficult. I also had some trouble inserting the casters. Not all of them went in all the way, and still remain further out even after sitting on the chair. Even standing right above the caster on the leg wouldn't cause them to budge. After finally getting it together I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and adjustability. The armrests can angle in and out as well as slide forward and backward. They can also be raised and lowered. They can be raised quite a bit higher than a lot of other chairs I've used which is great, because I usually find them too low. The headrest can pivot up and down as well as slide up and down. I wish I could slide it back/forward, but it doesn't have this feature. I feel it is a little further back than I'd like. I don't think the seat depth is adjustable but it's perfect for me like it is. The mesh is nice and has a lot of airflow. I have two similar chairs I bought from more expensive name brands and I like this one a little better. ... show more

I assembled this chair the other night and here is what I have to say. Assembly was WAY better than most products I get on Amazon. They even had an extra bolt in the kit for every bolt, that is a HUGE plus. Instructions were pretty clear and it was easy to assemble. I took my roller blade style wheels off my old office chair and put them on this in lieu of the plastic ones that came with it so I can’t speak to the wheel quality but will say I highly recommend finding a set of roller blade style wheels as they roll much smoother and easier. The chair itself tends to want to spin the wheel base when rolling around (like a helicopter) instead of just staying still and letting the wheels turn and sway. So when I roll across the room the entire bottom spins for some reason. Not a huge deal but makes moving a bit more cumbersome. The chair itself is comfortable and likely better for my back long term than the shorter back one I have now. I’m a bit unsatisfied with the overall adjustability for the price. The arm rests move to easy without locking and the neck rest doesn’t really lock into place very easily and moves too often. I’m 6’4” btw and find it would be bette suited under 6’. The back rest could lock in more positions. It either locks upright or at a decent incline and I wish it would lock at an interim spot. Otherwise the chair is pretty comfortable and looks great. I think it will be a durable chair for the long term but given it’s price range I expected a bit more out of it. ... show more

I just bought this chair and it's working very well. Although I work more than 10 hours a day, I still feel comfortable. The wheels are good, don't damage my hardwood floors, and they feel solid. I definitely recommend this chair.
