    • Real deal skillet!
It is a no BS, real deal Lodge cast iron skillet with Smokey the Bear on the bottom! It would be perfect for cooking if that's what you want to do with it, but my purchase will be painted and hung on the wall of my log cabin. It was a gift for my wife.

I bought this as a gift for a Smokey the Bear Fanatic. I was a little disappointed when they opened the box due to the design only being portrayed on the back side of the skillet. When I saw the skillet advertised I made an assumption hat the image would be on the cooking side of the skillet so when making cornbread the image would have been reflected on the bread. Either way it's a pretty cool design and the recipient was very happy with the gift. And remember only you can prevent wildfires. I would recommend this skillet as it is a very ice skillet and did come seasoned. ... show more

My husband love cast iron and Smoky the Bear so I couldn't resist when I saw this and it doesn't disappoint. We haven't used it to cook with yet, but if it is like all our other Lodge products, it will hold up well and my husband was very excited to get it.
