Really nice skillet
Light, elegant, nicely seasoned. I still applied an additional layer of seasoning. The only slight problem was that the handles had some sharp casting seam. I quickly blunted them with a file prior to my own cycle of seasoning. The curvature of the handle is perfect and the rounded bottom really help with using a spatula.

Lodge Cast Iron Skillet
It is a good skillet, the right size, and without any defects. I cannot tell that this skillet has been seasoned, at all.

Seasoning won’t last
We have numerous lodge products: 3frying pans, 2 Dutch ovens, a griddle and this skillet. We have also seasoned and given some as gifts to our kids. This skillet will NOT hold the seasoning. We’ve tried the entire seasoning process at least twice. Food sticks regardless. And when it is wiped out, black comes off from the pan. This has never happened with any other lodge product. We’ve never had any problems with any of the others. Very disappointed.
