The plug itself is great. I'm not a fan of setting up accounts for various smart devices, but since this plug supports Matter I didn't have to. Setup with Google Home is easy and took only a minute or 2 and worked flawlessly. Trying to set it up on SmartThings is more difficult though. I think this is more to do with SmartThings implementation of Matter though. I never did get it totally set up with ST but I am happy with how it works with Google. Only docked a start because I don't like it's wide form factor. This is fine for standard outlets in a home, but makes it difficult to use with a power strip or anything where the outlets are side by side.

Not much to say about this one. It works just like it should and it is easy to set up. I use this on my bedside light and it makes it much easier to turn the lights on and off since there is no switch connected to the bedside plug. Connects via the smartphone and we can use Alexa to turn it on and off or set a timer to turn off if we fall asleep or to just make it look like someone is home.

I really like this smart plug. I am not technically savvy at all and I had no issues installing and syncing this plug to my Alexa dot. I just downloaded the app and followed the directions. Now I can have my light on my piano turn on and off with a timer or ask alexa to do it. I would highly recommend.

This was a very easy plug to setup. I was a little worried because I had plugged it in behind the bed and then realized I might need to mess with it to get it set up, but there wasn't an issue. The app read the plug, connected it to the wifi, then google home read it from the app and it all works great! You can't beat the price point, either. Once connected, it stays connected!

This is a review for the Linkind Matter Smart Plug: despite my misgivings on putting an ioT device on my 2.4 network (I'm smart enough to know I'm stupid about network security), the ability to use a well designed iOS app to schedule a schedule or remotely trigger the outlet feels magical! The app especially felt well designed (I don't have Alexa or Google Home to test), but it was easy and I was setup in minutes!
