I didn’t realize this item was not returnable. I’m pregnant trying out different options for comfortability and this one did not make the cut. I pay for prime and ordered it with prime and after a week tried to return and was not allowed. It’s too large. It hurts my leg. A regular pillow works better for me. I’m going to have to throw away $45 it seems. Very disappointed… ... show more

I’ve had this for 2 years. I wash the outside cover, which zips off. I can’t hardly sleep without it now! I like that you can remove panels to account for your preferences. I wish it was like the original coop, which is pellets, but still nice.
