In our push button, remote controlled, convenience centric world, this is an excellent product to bring new life to lesser "advanced" appliances. Have you ever thought to yourself "I love this but gee... I wish I could control it from my favorite lounger with a remote control". And, truth be told, most things these days come along with a remote control. But what about items that we love and use daily, (like attractive high-end lighting), which did not originally come with a remote control? Well... here is your answer. Enter these Mini Wireless Remote Control Outlet Switches, your new best friend! I couldn't be more in love with them. Here’s a personal example: I have three tall floor lamps in my living room, and at the end of a long day, there’s nothing I enjoy more than sinking into my cozy leather recliner with some music and just decompressing for a little while. Thanks to these devices, if I happen to have forgotten to turn the lights on or off, or change my mind, I don’t have to get up, instead I lift a finger to adjust my lighting. What a pleasure it is to be able to relax in my favorite spot and not have to get up to turn these three lights on or off. That's just one example. These little gizmo work great right out of the box. There is no setup other than plugging them into a wall outlet and plugging the item you wish to be controlled into the receiver you have just plugged into your wall outlet... Oh, and putting 1 (included) battery in the remote. Here’s where it gets even better; One remote controls up to three different receivers. They’re pre-set so that each button on the remote corresponds to a specific receiver, button one for receiver one, button two for receiver two, and so on. But if you want to mix it up, you can adjust the settings to fit your needs. They arrive with the most logical configuration though, so you’ll be up and running right away. One other additional thing I would like to mention is yet another perk; the remotes are universal. So, if you get more than one set, you can control multiple receivers with the same remote. I started with one box of three, then couldn’t resist and ordered another. Now, I control all six units with a single remote! Plus, the best part is you don’t require "line-of-sight" to make them work, another bonus that makes things just a little bit easier. If you're wondering whether I recommend them... absolutely! I am loving these little devices and highly recommend them. They are working seamlessly. Very practical and easy to use. Just plug them into the outlet and they’re ready to control lamps, fans, or other small appliances without having to unplug them manually. The remote control has a good range and responds quickly, even from another room. No WiFi or apps are required, which makes it simple for anyone to set up. The design is compact and doesn’t block most outlets. It works perfectly with LED bulbs and supports appliances up to 1250W. An excellent option to automate basic household appliances and make turning them on/off much more convenient.

The media could not be loaded. Insanely easy to setup!! The remote control battery comes wrapped in plastic so it stays fresh and does not use any charge, which is great. Once you install it in the remote, plug one or all three outlets in to whatever outlet you choose. From there, all you need to do is press the on/off button for whatever outlets you wish to turn on. It works like magic and I am really impressed!!! It has absolutely no delay and turns on or off almost immediately. I thought I was going to have to program the outlet to the remote, but almost no thought has to be done and it works exceptional. I am absolutely thrilled that this solved my problem and I won't need to bend over the couch to plug and unplug my light whenever I want. Absolutely worth every single dollar, and it was not even expensive! Run, don't walk for this item if you have the same issue and are looking for an easy way to turn on lights without unplugging!!!

This is our third purchase of this type of device. This brand also works great! It makes turning off lights after you’ve gotten into bed so much easier. We also use it to control our white noise machine. There are 5 numbered plugs which coincide with buttons on 2 remotes. May also be used for Christmas or other holiday lighting or in a school classroom to control task lighting quickly and efficiently. I gave this a 4 because one of the batteries was used (unwrapped and dead). Replacement batteries aren’t standard so they’re more expensive. Regardless, I do recommend this product.
