Easy plug in this Remote set comes with 3 plugs and one remote. They seem well made and you simply plug the item you want to be controlled by the remote, place it in the ON position - plug your item into the remote unit then plug that into the wall. Each plug is marked A B or C AND just press the buttons on the remote to turn your item on or off! Very simple. Doesn’t matter if an item is upstairs - another downstairs or one outside. Just keep the remote in a central location so you can grab and go. I attach a ribbon then hang the remote on the coat rack so I always no where it is. Good product - good price - I recommend ! There is nothing to dislike about this product. It does exactly what it is supposed to. I am disabled and have to use a walker and a stairlift. Now I can use the remote downstairs to turn on the lights upstairs before going up on the stairlift. Once I get to my room, I use the remote to turn the lights out.     • Turn off the lights without using Alexa
This remote and outlet plug was easy to install with my bedroom light. You don't need to use Alexa, or similar device, to control it. The remote is very small however, so be careful you don't lose it. It would be nice if it came with a second remote.

I have a physical disability and am in bed most of the time, so having remote controlled sockets to turn on the lights and other appliances is a must for my level of functioning. The BN-LINK Mini Wireless Remote Control Outlet Switch Power Plugs are exactly what I need, and I must also say that customer support is fantastic! One day my plugs failed and I was very happy and relieved when Dianna and Steven provided me with new ones. Instead of running around, bending over, reaching behind furniture and whatever other obstructions there may be to plug and unplug cords. I have purchased many such devices. This time, I bought from BN-LINK. Once I installed the switches and read everything I could do, I was convinced I bought right. Then, I decided I wanted another remote. I went to the BN-LINK site and everything was there. I now know I can get warranty, replacements and additions from BN-LINK.
