  • Easy install, great operation, energy efficient.
Color: Pure White
These are great! Really cant recommend enough. The team is also smart about their products and asks great questions to ensure the best end product. I've spent well over $5000 with these folks for their Shades and anticipate that I will recommend to many others.

  • Good quality.
Color: Pure White
I will say that I had an issue with the original packaging coming without brackets or remote and a box that was partially opened. There was a decent amount of back and forth but the seller was very responsive and eventually sent me an entire new blind with remote and brackets. Now that this is on it looks amazing and works perfectly. Granted its day one but if this quality is for the long term I will be buying more for the rest of my windows ... show more

  • Great functionality and value
Color: Pure White
I shopped quite a bit before ordering these but decide to order two even though there were a number of negative comments on the programming of the remote. Either the instructions are much better or the prior reviewers had very limited experience. I any event, they arrived in 1/2 the time they quoted, fit perfectly, and work great. I couldn't be happier. It took me less than 10 minutes to install each shade and about 15-20 minutes to set the top-stop and bottom-stop of both controls. I ordered the 6 channel remove with one shade and none for the second. They included a second 2 channel remote. Each was already paired to one of the blinds. It took 3 minutes pair a separate channel to each of the blinds so they operate together. I purchased the Broadlink RM4 pro remote hub separately and was able to teach it the shades' remote in less than 10 minutes. Now I just say "Alexa run Master Blinds Close" and "Alexa run Master Blinds Open". A bonus is that I was also able to setup the broadlink hub to control the master bedroom fireplace. I am getting ready to order 2 more of these shades now for the other 2 master bedroom windows. ... show more

  • Don’t bother if you have more than one blind
Color: Cross Weave
We ordered two blinds for the living room and three for the dining room. The blinds did not come with instructions. I contacted the seller for the instructions, which were in incredibly small font (and I am under 50 years old). After about two hours of trying, the written instructions and video did not work for programming the blinds. The product description says you can program multiple blinds one change on the (six) channel remote. Nope, that did not work. As we programmed one blind in the living room, two blinds in the dining room responded and the living room one would not respond. One blind will not respond at all to the programming. In the end, we have one blind that is programmed and works as we would like out of five blinds. Also, the video and instructions show a slightly different remote. I have the Alexa Studio and it does not recognize the blinds. And the kicker, the seller will not accept returns. Bottom line, be leery of the product. The idea is good. The price is good, but the product does not work as intended. The product claims are more than the actual results. The customer service is lacking. Update: Since the review went live, the seller is contacting my husband on WhatsApp to offer technical assistance. I am not sure how they found him in WhatsApp. The problem is the time difference (contacting me at 2:30am) and there is a language barrier. ... show more

  • Does NOT offer full coverage on an INSIDE mounting - otherwise GREAT product! 👍
Color: Pure White
I obviously did NOT like that I bought "black out" blindes that doesn't offer black outs / full coverage on INSIDE mounts -& that was never disclosed @ the time of purchase. I DO however ❤️ love the product / good quality & how I was able to install it myself !! I am NOT techy or particularly handy by nature ,) I even got the remote controls programmed by myself - one thing I couldn't do with the remotes is to ONE click to OPEN/CLOSE the blinds - I hv to hold the button down Until I reach the desired length of the blinds - idk if that's the limitation of the remote or if it's something Idk how to do yet --- I will UPDATE u on that after reaching out to Customer Service n inquire about this issue. I think it might offer those different features cuz there are pictures on the remotes that suggest it... & when I complained to the company about the light shining thru on top & edges - I was VERY impressed with the fast & accommodating responses --- they even texted me back & forth via WhatsApp 5 stars for CUSTOMER SERVICE! & willingness to accept a return & refund & or REPLACE the blinds for OUTSIDE mounting 4 desired FULL COVERAGE/ BLACK OUT room (*I decided to keep the blinds the way they are but I might buy 2 valances to cover the gaps on top at least. The company mentioned "side valances" but idk what that is or how "clean" that would look on an otherwise very neat looking window, so I don't think I will be worrying about the sides for now anyway. Overall I'm very happy & IF I decide that I'm not GUNG HO on INSIDE mountings ...I would order 11 more of these blinds to cover the rest of my house windows with OUTSIDE mounting In a HEARTBEAT💓 Update: One remote stopped working & left my blind fully down- I changed the batteries in the remote - that wasn't the issue - I tried to charge the 'roller' & learned the hard way that there TWO different sizes usb outlets on the rollers ...one that I could see - & another one BEHIND the one I cud see - I texted CUSTOMER SERVICE who again ACCOMODATED me & SENT me a long USB cord (I wish they would've told me there were two different holes & that I was focusing on the wrong one - they cudve saved themselves the trouble) Once I took down the blind - I cud not only SEE the 2nd outlet but I also cud pull out the insert & roll the outlet to face outward where it will allow me to charge it without having to take it DOWN everytime it needs a recharge going forward! Thanx 4 taking good care of your customers! Five stars! 🌟 ... show more

  • Great blackout blinds (IF you use channels) and can absolutely be added to home automation system
Color: Light Coffee
I've had these for almost two years now and remain very pleased. I did an interior mount, and it was difficult to get the brackets screwed in but no more so than any other blind I've installed. Since this was for a baby-room, it had to be blacked out. There are several comments in the reviews to the effect that, "Light leaks around the sides!" My son's a radiologist, so I'm an expert with blackout blinds. Here's the key tip: Side channels are essential! If you don't do side and bottom channels, interior-mount blinds will NOT be blackout. Buy side channels online and install them so that light finds it difficult to leak around the sides of the blinds. A bottom channel is also required, and I found some convenient extruded aluminum U-channel at Home Depot for about $12. When lowered, the darkening is really impressive. If I wanted to tune it even more, I would use felt between the side-channels and the wall, and install additional material at the top of the blind where light leaks OVER the roll. That last leak is the hardest to fix, and plastic foam sprayed black has worked there in other projects. Still, this was fine for my grandbabies to sleep in darkness in the middle of the daytime. Finally, this blind requires periodic recharging. The wood valance is held on by strong magnets, but it can be yanked down in a minute and a phone-charger battery tops off the blinds in less than an hour. I probably charge less than twice a year, but don't use the blinds daily. The remote control worked fine for local use, but at the time I wanted home automation control over the blinds too. It is NOT a Zigbee motor, but a Bond Bridge (BD-1000, not the Pro version) that I use for ceiling fans was able to clone the remote-control signals giving me full access from Google Home, SmartThings, Home Assistant, etc. It runs through the Bond cloud of course, but that's been fast and reliable. I would buy them again, except I'm going for all-Zigbee going forward. If that's not a problem, they're a great deal and very versatile. ... show more

  • Excellent Quality Blinds with Outstanding Customer Service
Color: Victoria Series Solid Color
I purchased 5 Motorized Blackout Roller Blinds in March, and overall I am very impressed. The material and the color are outstanding—excellent quality and they look beautiful in my home. About a month ago, one of the blinds stopped working. We contacted customer service, and they were extremely kind, professional, and quick to help. They resolved the issue promptly by replacing the motor with a brand-new one, which worked perfectly. I highly recommend this store for motorized blinds. The product quality and customer service are excellent, and we will definitely continue buying from this seller for our home. ... show more

  • Remote is insanely convoluted to program
Color: Light Grey
I paid over $300 for this for the size of my window. What you get are instructions from a Chinese company whose first language is not English. Mounting is easy. If you have ever mounted blinds in your life you won't need instructions for that. Programming the remote is insane (I got the lowest tier one. 2 channel). You have to set upper and lower limits so that the pre programmed 25% 50% 75% controls work but I cannot set the limits. Either my remote just doesn't work or this product is awful. I can take a computer apart and fix it but somehow cannot get this remote control to work. If you are expecting to buy this, point the remote at it, and marvel at how well it works then I've got some bad news for you. I would not recommend using this company. Instruction manual has a QR code for troubleshooting. It literally directs you to a webpage of the same instructions you are physically holding. Nothing different about it. I don't expect I'm going to be able to call a CS line and be walked thru this either. So I paid for a remote where 3 of the 4 functions simply do not work. Oh yeah, you have to pay extra for the remote. Adding onto this... The instructions are flat out incorrect for programming the remote. If you have the 2 channel remote and got the same instructions as me just follow these steps: Sync the remote. The instructions for this part were correct. You should now be able to set the limits by manually putting the blind where you want it to stop upwards and downwards. Use the up arrow to set the blind in place where you want it to stop when raising it. Hold in just the little button on the back in the battery compartment corresponding to the side/channel you synced the remote to. The blind will turn red and stay red ( by the motor). Press the up button once to tell the blind you are setting the upper limit. Then press the same small button on the back once. You've just set the upper limit. Repeat for lower. Once done the blind will raise and lower fully to the limits you've set with a single touch of the up or down button. You have to repeat steps for the 25 50 75% buttons as well except now you have to use the pause button to stop the blind where you feel those spots are on your window.. I don't know if I got the wrong instructions for the remote I actually have but it was painful to figure out. If you feel like yours are wrong too then try the steps I've outlined ... show more
