We have ordered these blinds for the entire house. We started with one room and have worked our way around the whole house ordering as we go. Anyone complaining about the programming and the blinds not functioning together on the same channel and stuff, is a skill issue and not the blinds themselves. We have all our blinds programmed for each room and on multiple 8 channel remotes. Everything works as it should. We even installed the 8 channel remotes on the walls too. Beautiful product. Solid, great quality. The solar panels are easy to install. We never charge ours manually now that every one of them is connected to solar. 10/10 I recommend these to anyone looking to buy blackout motorized curtains. Seller is always willing to assist with any issues. (One curtain had been damaged during shipping. Seller took care of it immediately.) The customer service is great.

I installed these blinds in our sunroom. Installation was very easy with the drilling template. The convenience of being able to open all three blinds with one remote is a game-changer. The blinds have excellent light control and privacy, and helps regulate the temperature in the sunroom. The quality is excellent and the price is very fair. The blinds took a bit longer to deliver due to the tariff nonsense, but the seller was very prompt with updates and answered all of my questions quickly.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased four of these for my projector movie room, which has a lot of windows that let in a lot of light. They were easy to install, as all you have to do is mount the brackets and to make sure they are level. Snapping the blinds on is easy enough once that's done and then you can slide them along the brackets to the desired position. Just make sure you charge them with the provided cables as you were mounting the brackets. Then it's just a matter of setting things up with the remote. I took it a step further when I purchased the broad link hub that works with Google and Alexa so I can control them with my voice. I posted a video here showing it. I still had a little light coming in from the entrance to my movie room, which has two windowed French doors, so I purchased another one to mount over that. I had an issue with one of them where the battery would die, despite having the solar panels. All the other ones were working fine, but this one only lasted a few weeks. The company was very responsive, helped me identify the issue and sent me a new battery which was extremely easy to install. Problem solved! I recommend this product and company. Five stars!

My major complaint about these is that the programming process isn't exactly easy to intuit or well-explained. I've attached some lovely instructions that I've come to, after much trial and error, in the hopes that it will help someone else. Update: 2 years later and we've had our first real problem with these shades. We had a constant blinking red LED, one long blink followed by two short blinks. Normally, this would indicate low battery, but when I plugged it in to charge, the light did not change to solid red as it should (it goes off when fully charged). In fact, the shade was no longer following its schedule, nor responding manually to up/down button presses, no matter how long I charged it. We tried a bunch of things, including emailing the manufacturer, who convinced us to buy a new motor. However, whilst waiting for that to arrive, the thing that worked in the end was allowing the battery to drain fully (which took several days) until the light stopped blinking. Then we charged it to full, re-paired and programmed the remote, and it seems to be working correctly now. Too bad there isn't an easier way to do a hard reset - that's really a fault against the product design. Anyway, I hope this info helps someone.

We ordered two blinds for the living room and three for the dining room. The blinds did not come with instructions. I contacted the seller for the instructions, which were in incredibly small font (and I am under 50 years old). After about two hours of trying, the written instructions and video did not work for programming the blinds. The product description says you can program multiple blinds one change on the (six) channel remote. Nope, that did not work. As we programmed one blind in the living room, two blinds in the dining room responded and the living room one would not respond. One blind will not respond at all to the programming. In the end, we have one blind that is programmed and works as we would like out of five blinds. Also, the video and instructions show a slightly different remote. I have the Alexa Studio and it does not recognize the blinds. And the kicker, the seller will not accept returns. Bottom line, be leery of the product. The idea is good. The price is good, but the product does not work as intended. The product claims are more than the actual results. The customer service is lacking. Update: Since the review went live, the seller is contacting my husband on WhatsApp to offer technical assistance. I am not sure how they found him in WhatsApp. The problem is the time difference (contacting me at 2:30am) and there is a language barrier.

I initially was skeptical about ordering these on Amazon but I was really pleasantly surprised. These turned out to be exactly what I wanted and really well priced. Within 24 hours of placing the order with Amazon I had an email from the manufacturer confirming the materials and dimensions. They help correct the width between the valance width and blind fabric width. Ie the fabric width is less than the overall width which is based on the valance and fittings . These were dispatched by Fedex about 3 days later and I had them a week later. Better service than anything I could have bought from a US based blind web site where average delivery was 3-4 weeks after order. Installation was clear and easy and the blinds look really fabulous. I really like the way the manufacturer kept me informed directly of dispatch, delivery date and everything and how quickly and smoothly this all went.
