This is a great storage shelf set. Note: I did mess up on attaching to the wall. So I had to get some help and attach it to studs to make it a solid installation. That was my fault. I did not measure correctly the first. That is why it took me so long to install them. I suggest that if you have any doubts, get a little help. Take your time. The shelves are wire shelves with metal track mounting brackets. They are coated so no rust problems. Very strong - these shelves can carry a lot of weight. You can configure the shelves many different ways, but in the end, I just followed the design in the ad picture. It works for me. So I did not have to cut or change the shelves. This set was the 8.7 foot set. Plenty of shelves. It included five storage boxes too. More storage space than most people need. Now I can really organize my bedroom and closet space. I like these shelves.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this closet organizer system, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! I live in a tiny apartment with an equally tiny closet, and I was drowning in a sea of clothes, shoes, and bags. I was able to adjust the shelves to fit my specific needs, with the top ones holding my sweaters and t-shirts, the middle ones for jeans and pants, and the bottom shelf acting as a shoe rack. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary hardware was included. However, I do wish the wires were a tad sturdier. We got this for my daughters closet, which is basically the size of Harry Potter's room under the stairs. I knew it would be a little too small for the top shelf, but because it is totally adjustable and customizable, we were able o make it work. this is seriously the best option I've seen for a closet rack system in a while. It was easy to install, you just need to find the studs and then secure the top bracket. from there its just securing the side brackets and then you can set the shelves or hanging bar accordingly. I found it super easy to install and now my daughters Harry Potter closet is actually functional.
