The blinds came well assembled and the quality was really good. As good or better than anything I see in the box stores. They installed very easily except for two things. 1. With the mounting brackets recessed into the window opening, I was not able to get the front edge of the bracket to seat into the housing of the blind. The process says to angle the blind housing backwards to slip the front edge into the front part of the bracket, then push and snap the housing rear into the back of the bracket. With the front fascia cover on the housing of the blind (made into the housing so cannot remove), it restricts you from being able to snap the front part into the bracket. They provide spacers for the brackets but it would leave 1/2" gap at the top of the blind, that I did not want. I wanted flush mount. The rear of the bracket is enough to hold the blind up but that remains to be seen over time. 2. The adjuster arm for opening and closing the blind is installed by owner. It says to simply push the arm into the corresponding socket and lock in place. On both of my blinds, the actual socket mechanism pushed out of the housing of the blind when I tried to install the arm. I had to remove the blind, put the mechanism back in place, then hold while forcing the arm into its socket. After that, worked great. But it was a bit laborious. For the price and quality I would and will purchase again. But just some things to be mindful of.

The blind is very good quality. Can not tell the difference from the wood blinds in the rest of my house. Looks very good. The company needs to make the websire better. I had to order the blind twice because the website froze, on the first order I picked the size from the 1094+ sizes and the size did not change to the size I ordered on three different tries. On the 4th try I thought the correct size went thru, but when it shipped it was still the size that was on the original page if the order form. (The front of the order only showed the description of the product not the size.) When it was delivered it was the wrong size. It was delivered very quickly and had plenty of time to return and reorder the correct size. Just a note; it took 3 tries the second time for the correct size to come up on the new order as well. It was the correct size.

Pros: - Excellent fit, you provide the dimensions of your opening, and they cut them to the exact size needed - Like the cordless design, especially being able to raise and lower the blind without pulling on cords - see comment in the con's below about the wand - Very good light blocking - Quality seems very good - Good response time from their Customer Service Cons: - These are advertised as faux wood blinds, as you can see from the pictures on Amazon there is no wood texture at all on the slats. Every other faux wood blind I've purchased actually had a wood texture. - These were very difficult to install. In fairness though, with the size of the blind it would have been better to have two people, just was not practical with where it was going. I also bought 23.5" blinds from the same supplier and they were a breeze to install. This larger one had a different kind of hanging bracket that was not easy to get hooked in place with the amount of space between the header and the blind. - Wand was too short (24") and no option to get a longer one from the Supplier. This blind is installed above our kitchen sink and is 72" long, I needed a step ladder to reach the wand to open and close the slats. Getting a longer one on-line is very expensive ($30 - 40) so I made one for under $4- see pictures in case you end up in the same situation. In summary, I wish they were easier to install and that the company offered the option of longer wands but given the quality of the product and precision fit I would buy these again.
