I received this item on 12/9 and couldn’t be happier. I’m waiting on a hip replacement and the pain is unbearable just taking a few steps. The item was packaged incredibly well, the minimal assembly was relatively simple. It easily folds compactly so as it can be stored in our coat closet. It does take 2 persons to lift into my vehicle but with a little help the weight is manageable. Took a little cruise to our mailbox and it operates perfectly. I haven’t been able to walk to our mailbox for months and it was great to be outside again. I was feeling helpless until now! The price was amazingly affordable.

This scooter is just great for me at 43 lb I have had surgeries in my stomach I have many hernias and I can't lift nothing much This is just great because to get it in the back of my car I can even remove the battery and make it a little bit lighter I can tilt my wheels up on it and then just push it on up in there and it's not hard on me at all It seems real sturdy and good it don't seem like it's going to tilt over anything it's just great They thought of everything I think when they made it It would be nice for a little bit more comfortable seat and backless on it but I've added the cushions and pads it made it okay It don't hurt me to sit on it for a long time if I need to be If you need Touch and hold a clip to pin it. Unpinned clips will be deleted after 1 hour. this is the best of my opinion

Very easy to put together. The light weight makes it very easy to load into our SUV. I like that you can carry an extra battery easily, no more worrying about running low especially when we're at a theme park. I like that you can charge the batteries off the scooter as well.

Trying to get pictures of my new red go kart I’m 72 have several issues with severe spinal stenosis, arthritis and now possible pancreatitis have been in wheelchair. Two years. Great scooter traveled all around Europe with this scooter with no issues from the scooter. Issue arises that they sell this as an airline approved scooter. When you purchased the extended range battery it is no longer airline approved scooter airlines only allow battery up to 300 wh. The extended range battery is well over 500. The first airline didn’t check battery and I had no idea that batteries were only allowed to 300 wh. We had to leave the second battery at an airport over seas. Due to its size. Scooter gets a 4 star the write up about airline approved 1 star

I write very few reviews but because older folks like myself need to get more joy out of their remaining lives and this cooter provides some of that. Here are the reasons I am happy with the scooter. First, it is very stylish with beautiful lines and cheerful colors, mine is a silver color. Not a day goes by that I don't get compliments and asked where I got it. Second, it feels very stable with four wheels and a seat supported at four corners. Even on a sloped surface it doesn’t want to tip over. Finally it is light and compact. It is easy to fold down and put in the car. All in all it is a great design.

It happy while driving thru Disney the arm fell off and the piece that tightens the tiller fell off and was lost seat not comfortable actually would like to return for refund but don’t have box it came in anymore
