The pieces are securely packed in the box. The bolts and knots untightly/losely in their respective holes and each piece in a bag secured with cellotape. But for this careful packaging, some pieces would have dropped from the box because the box arrived with a big hole on top of it. I was able to set the remaining 30% to complete the set up of the bike with all the parts in the box as highlighted in the manual. I gave 4stars instead of 5stars because of the damaged box. It was delivered a week ago. I will not be able to review the durability now but for workability, it is very quiet. However- the seat is too small; the meter screen could do with some light so exercise progress is easily readable; no guide as to how to connect the foot straps to the pedals (the holes for the inside of the foot and outside of the foot are different both in shape of the holes and number of the holes on these straps). I think it's a good buy. I was able to finish the 30% set up alone. I am 70yrs. The seller can be contacted should there be any problem, which is good. ... show more

This stationary bike is AWESOME!!! Easy to assemble. Clear instructions. Well designed and manufactured. I have severe-advanced osteoarthritis in my knees. I know I'm ultimately facing knee replacement surgery but my surgeon gave me cortisone shots and drained one of the knees which has helped ease the pain. He suggested a stationary bike to increase my mobility in the knees so I ordered this bike because it is ideal for my home office. Rather than trekking to the gym I can go from my desk to the bike and back again throughout the day and it takes up very little space. Most importantly, the design of the bike is such that, unlike the stationary bikes at the gym, my body is perfectly aligned from the seat to the handlebar to the pedals and I am not in pain at any point throughout the pedaling. I purchased this bike because I've only been out of a wheelchair for a couple of months and I needed a method of exercise that I didn't have to worry about being at risk of falling. My husband assembled it in about twenty minutes with no issues. It's compact, so it only takes up a small amount of real estate next to the bed. But the seat is large enough for my ample backside. I'm 5'6 and it's adjusted just right. There is some padding in the seat, but by the end of a thirty minute ride, it was slightly uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker, though.
