Wow! I purchased this vibration plate less than two weeks ago, and I’ve been hooked since day one! I sit all day at work, so I purchased it to help with circulation and lymphatic drainage. After using it for the first time, I noticed a difference the very next morning. I woke up and was able to get out of bed without hitting snooze three times! I also noticed that my breathing felt better almost immediately. It was as if my chest had opened up overnight, and I found myself taking deeper, slower, more controlled breaths. When I’m on the plate, I alternate every few minutes between standing with my legs straight and standing with my knees slightly bent. Each day, I’ve been bending my knees a little more and slowly working my way into squats, which has been helping me build muscle strength. I also find that having my knees slightly bent doesn’t shake my head as much as standing completely straight. Standing upright on the plate has also been helping me focus on my core and overall posture. I haven’t even tried the resistance bands yet! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to incorporate more movement into their day—whether for exercise, circulation, lymphatic drainage, or simply to feel better overall. So far, I’m really impressed with the difference it’s made for me!

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

I’m starting out with four stars because I absolutely am enjoying this so far but I’ve only had it for a week-ish. It feels very well-made and professional, nothing cheap or loose or bad plastic rattling. You basically take it out of the box and plug it in. It comes with little exercise bands, both for putting around the legs or arms, and then the long stretchy bands with handles on them. It comes with great instructions and a whole almost poster like sheet that you can hang up that shows you various exercises to do on it. I love the color and size of this. It’s a great addition to my workout and the first time I used it, even on a lower level, I could feel my legs were more sore than usual from the workout. In my opinion, this works wonderfully! I also did some research on the different brands in the effectiveness of ration plates, this one was far ahead of the others in the mid range price point. It’s a perfect addition to add into my workout-I believe that even for and elderly person or somebody who can’t stand very well you can still be in a seated cheer position and put your feet on here, assisting in some lymphatic drainage or muscle movement. So many uses! I highly recommend.

High-quality product and fantastic customer service from LifePro! We had a few questions and wrote to LifePro for clarification. Miguel from customer support replied within a couple of hours, which was impressive. We bought the larger unit, and it fits nicely in our small guest room, even with our apartment’s low ceilings. It’s compact, easy to use, and doesn’t disturb the neighbors below us. We only wish there were more online videos for people looking to build strength and improve flexibility. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase. We like the remote and the stretch bands that came with the box. It’s a great way to stay active during the cold winter months without having to walk or drive to the gym!
