I had just completed a three-day juice cleanse/detox that left me super energized and invigorated. For me, losing four pounds was nice, but the detox did something much more and inspired me to turn over a new leaf. Never too old, right? When you notice that your clothes have all shrunk, and your wife insists she didn’t do it...it’s all my doing and time to take the bull by the horns, so to speak. LOL Upon searching for a way to bring “being healthy-minded” to the next level, I was fortunate to stumble upon the Lifepro Waver. First and foremost, kudos to Joel and his support staff. I am so pleased to have made the acquaintance of several members of their team. They all deserve a bonus! Yep, you can quote me on that!! I’m in my 60s (no Spring chicken here) and have only ever come across two companies online that are amazing in every way imaginable. Lifepro has an incredible group of people who mesh extremely well together. They extend that friendship to their customer base 100%. Sadly, oftentimes in business and the medical profession particularly, there is much disconnect, and there shouldn’t be. Big plus — I do not see that with Lifepro! You have an excellent business model and are spot on. I felt part of the family from the get-go. They tackle all questions and concerns and from their experience also foresee where their customers might be coming from and provide a comprehensive website complete with instructional videos. The videos are informative, encouraging and are easy to follow. I also like how the videos have normal people in them which helps me fit into the mindset. What I mean to convey is that if the videos were with professional body builders it would have made me feel that I didn’t fit in and that the Waver wasn’t right for me. Joel and the support staff are professional, very personable and also right there 24/7. I haven’t felt like I was left hanging on a limb when I reached out for help, even for what could be foreseen as a silly question. Keep up the good work! I am several days into using my Waver, and one thing I liked about it immediately was the realization that it is so versatile. To me it is constructivist in design, you can move at whatever pace you’d like and combine it with other exercise tools such as resistance bands (which I had never tried but really like) and the dumbbells I already use. Important to me is that the maximum weight limit of the Waver allows for my weight and the dumbbells at the same time with many pounds to spare for when I increase the dumbbell poundage. (once very again versatile) Another immediate benefit is the way it makes me feel. I had been experiencing an ache in my lower back making it uncomfortable to sit. Two uses of my Waver and the ache is completely gone! It seems unbelievable, but it’s true. I am so relieved. My only complaint is that the arm resistant ropes didn't last long at all. They got all stretched and almost snapped towards the bottom. So I just took them off. I still love this thing though. I can notice a difference in all my muscles, lots of firmness all around. Once I started doing it every day I really noticed quickly. I sometimes do squats on it and use my own hand weights and resistant bands while on it. Or I'll just bend my knees a little and lean forward just a little, engage my ab muscles, and put my arms in a position like a ballerina, or like holding a beach ball and I can feel the firming vibration working my arms too. My knee sometimes bothers me when I run so this is definitely helping strengthen around my knee. I also use the elliptical at the gym to help restrengthen my leg muscles to help my knee. ... show more

I didn't expect such a powerful plate at this price. It is very well made, has a vast range of levels, and is very quiet. I had no idea about the whole lymph drainage thing before getting this, but after using it a few days I definitely noticed my body puffiness went away. Added bonus! The only down side is there is no pause button or feature. If you need to pause for a second you have to stop the whole program and restart it. The book says it has a stop/pause button on the platform, but it just stops like the remote does. Fix that, and it's all 5 stars all day!! ... show more

So far so good!!! Soooo easy to set up and get started. I actually felt a physical difference after the first time I used it. It is set for a 15 minute work out. I do use the arm straps that are included. I like the program settings. I am working up from Program 1 to 2 to 3 etc... I have used it 4 times already and find that I am liking it more and more. I truly do believe it is working as it's suppose to! I have no regrets that I ordered it and am very pleased! It was bigger than I thought and pretty heavy. It's very sturdy!!
