The media could not be loaded. I have yet to put them to the test outdoors but they look and feel great. I've been wanting to get some of these sleeves for a long time and felt they were worth a shot at this price. I will update after they have put it some work outside. Update 5.27 Wore them playing disc golf and wow are they comfortable! It was quite hot but my arms didnt feel hot or get burned. I also drive alot and when the sun is on the drivers side I wear one since I'm not great at remembering to put sunscreen on all the time. They were easy to wash too. Used just a bit of soap and hand washed them, they dried super quick when rolled up in a towel. This wont be my last Armoray purchase. Update 9.2 After having them several months and washing them by hand im still very impressed with these sleeves. They have held up really well, and they seem to protect my arms from the sun very well. Since I hate wearing long sleeves these are perfect. I now have 4 pair and love the different colors they come in. Highly recommend for anyone that hates wearing long sleeve shirts and needs UV protection. ... show more

This is the first pair of compression sleeve warmers that I've purchased, so I do not have another brand to compare these to. I will say, however, that after several uses, these Armoray Arm Sleeves deserve all the excellent reviews seen here on Amazon. And the price is extremely reasonable as well. I bought these primarily to keep my arms warm during cooler-weather bike riding, and so far, they have not disappointed. I am 6'2" with a slightly longer-than-average arm length, and these sleeves fit beautifully. They are snug, but not too tight, and they do not slip or slide down at all. They do a great job of keeping my arms warm, and they fit easily in my bike jersey pocket if I need to take them off. I am looking forward to using them during the summer for UV protection too, and will be using them not just on bike rides, but on the golf course and for other outdoor activities as well. ... show more

I use these for two reasons: Compression after the gym and to help stop the sun from charring my arms. It excels at both. I don't feel any sun when I wear these, even when the sun is directly on my arms. Also, the compression really helps with recovery after the gym. Really helps cover my arm tattoos when out cycling or when I play golf. Doesn’t stay up, rolls down and have to continue to adjust when I’m on the golf course, but either than that I like it.

At this price point I would expect a very generic, budget piece of gear, maybe a sub-par fit, and no special material features. I'm on the larger end for a guy and these sleeves are extremely comfortable. You can tell that some engineering went into the sleeves, the wrist cuff is nicely stitched, and the wrist has a different weave of material than the rest of the sleeve. They compress well without being overly tight. Overall for <$10 a pair, these are excellent. I would use them for sun protection or an extra base layer in the cold months. ... show more

The fabric feels nice, light, and the compression isn't bad except around my bicep, and that's only if I don't pull it all the way up around my armpit which is and feels kind of weird at first but it is what it is. Then and only then does it not hurt and feel to uncomfortable, which means I'll just have to get used to having it that far up my arm. Other than that it's great, and anyone buying this or any other sleeve must understand and comprehend that you'll still sweat but it's not like it's a puddle under that sleeve because it does breathe well. In the end nothing is 100% full proof/perfect but it's close. Now if they decide to add kool designs to their sleeves, that'll be a different story...hint hint wink wink. One last thing. They put this card inside for a chance to win a gift card from Amazon, but the website they advertised to go and enter for a chance to win does not work!!! ... show more

I recently had a full sleeve tattoo done. During summer time it’s very important to keep it protected from the uv rays of the sun. As well as just keeping it covered in general this product was exactly what I needed.
