I never write reviews. I have had my Life Pro Mini for only 3 days. The changes in my body are profound. I am 71, and at a recent thorough physical my MD suggested I loose fat and gain muscle. Easy said but hard to do at my age. (40 lbs is his suggestion but add 6 pounds of muscle to my legs).. BEFORE I ordered the Life Pro Mini.. My metabolism slowed to a crawl after a recent hysterectomy. My joints ached so much, it was hard to take an early morning walk. I was in constant pain and taking lots of supplements to improve my over health. My doctor also suggested I do a 5 day nutritional fast (Prolon) which I did.. it was suppose to jumpstart my metabolism…I ate just the meals in the box.. very low calories and I only lost 2 pounds. I like eating real food.. my bf lost 6 pounds as we did that together.. So I was still in pain, not feeling like exercising and trying to eat right.. ALL CHANGED 😊😊Three days ago my life pro mini arrived. I used the lowest setting, just standing for about 30 mins a day.. I am down 5 pounds in 3 days, (could be fluid as my joints are just about pain free)!! I feel like it is detoxing my muscles so I am eating a reasonable diet. I do one protein shake a day and get in 35 grams of good protein .. I also take 1tablespoon MTC oil in shake. and add powdered greens with frozen berries and 1/2 banana. BUT I was already doing all that after my fast and not seeing any difference in the way I felt or loosing any scale weight. ALSO, in just 3 days I have seen my legs look firmer and more toned.. I recently fell ill and was confined to bed for several months. I recalled seeing one of these at a neighbor's house, and I reasoned that this device might help reduce fatigue by increasing circulation to my legs as well as my feet. It works. Having this alongside my bed, I sit up and place my feet on the platform and use the remote to control it. Well, I can't say that it replaces walking around the neighborhood, but it sure seems to be doing the trick. It is advertised as an exercise machine, but I don't see myself using it to that extent. I'm in my early forties and wanted an exercise option that was less impact even though I STILL will be doing my dance classes until my 90's lol. There are so many options with this device and I actually really love it on the lowest setting. I use the other programs and settings as well but the lowest manual setting is my favorite. It's a great way to wake up and it feels really good. I used to just stand on it to help me wake up in the morning but now I use it for that and also for exercise routines. I like to use my dumbbells on it I like to do squats and all kinds of different positions so I can feel what different muscle groups are triggered. It's really easy to do while you're watching your favorite show. I think it's wonderful and has been an amazing addition to all my Healthcare gadgets.
