This device is solidly built and functions like a beast. I'd never used a vibration plate previously, so I was amazed at the power emanating from the Lifepro Waver Mini. It is not a small unit as the name might imply. I really wonder how big a "normal" sized vibration plate would be! After unboxing and reading through the manual, I was able to fire up the vibration plate right away. It is simple to use and the remote really contributes to the ease of use. The device is not loud, the rubber feet keep it from sliding around on my wood floor. I'll be rearranging desk so that I can have the vibration plate underneath for use while sitting and then for easy access when I want to pull it out to stand on it. The design facilitates easy transport, I can move it without issue. I used it for two 10 minute rounds today, the first day having it, and was delighted to feel some relief from back pain that I've been experiencing the last couple of days. I am 68 years old and purchased the unit primarily to help with lymphatic drainage. I can see how it will certainly improve circulation and am hopeful to see positive developments in that regard very soon. I've registered the unit and am very happy with my purchase.

I’m 78 years old and am not only 6 mos after major surgery but also have inflammatory disease. I still have decent muscle toning and I have been able to use this wavermini! I have already reaped the benefit from using it of getting my upper back rib pain turned off after using twice. It has helped me to feel better and the wavermini is easy to use, although I’m just using the lowest setting I’m having no problem staying on the machine and I have a place to hold on for my security. I’m just a beginner and really love the way it makes my legs feel better. A great machine as it does help inflammation!

This is a great product. Definitely well built. I juat started using it about 2 weeks ago, so its hard to say if it has positive impact on circulation, bone density, things of that sort. But it does feel really good! Its great after a workout to relax muscles and its nice if you are feeling stressed. At first level 1 seemed a bit intense, but I can already go up to level 10. Take it slow and listen to how your body feels. The resistance bands aren't a great length (maybe juat for me?) They are too loose to do just curls, but too tight to do overhead presses. Not because I cant do the work, but because the material literally doesn't stretch anymore. Honestly I go to thw gym, so I dont necessarily need it for a workout. I was trying to use it for balance and lymphatic drainage. After 2 weeks though, I find myself really wanting to do it every day because it just makes me feel good!

I’ve had this product for a couple of years now and I LOVE IT! I literally use this everyday!!! On my workout days, it helps my body recover and on my rest days it keeps my body engaged. I’ve used it on hard wood floors and on carpet and it works great on both, doesn’t move or slip. Super stable. It makes a beep noise when you turn it on but after that not much noise. It was working great until just a couple of months ago. As soon as I contacted the company directly, they immediately responded and sent me a brand new product. Their service was superb and their product lasted a long time before it gave me issues. I would highly recommend their products AND this company, they really showed me how much they value their customers!

I feel this vibration plate has helped perform a 'miracle' inside of me! I'm about to be an octogenarian. I've been on a health plan that pushes at least 90 oz of water per day. This requirement, along with 'aging', had been challenging me to be sure to go 'tinkle' as soon as I felt any urge at all. These past few months I've had so many 'accidents' I'd begun to feel afraid of going out. But then I got my LifePro Vibration plate and after only 4 days' usage I noticed a very specific improvement......I was no longer having accidents. When my mind said 'hold it a minute until I get to the potty' ...... well, I could all of a sudden!! I'm no longer needing a pad in my panties to be fresh and clean feeling! I sincerely believe that what has occurred is the result of a combination of Vibration Plate and 6-point Lymphatic drainage exercises done with the LifePro Vitality vibration ball. Both have helped; but, I feel the vibration plate was the start and basics of fixing the issue. I am amazed at what this simple vibration plate did for me in such a short time. It helped my body do what was needed......move lymph out of the ducts and strengthen my body to a more youthful time. Hallelujah! Just started using it and after a wk. noticed a little less joint pain. I haven’t noticed much on reducing inflammation yet, maybe slightly, but feel with time it would offer strength training. The machine itself, is overall a quality machine and I’m very pleased with it and the additional accessories.
