Returned the first blanket because of broken zipper, second one also had bad zippers and returned for a refund. Wanted to like it but, needs work.

For me, the highest temperature was not enough to get a lot of sweat out - for detoxification, etc. The sauna blanket does get hot and my muscles were heated up which will benefit for tightness or respiratory illnesses. The most important lesson I learned is this: Make sure to take a cool shower after the sauna session to bring down your body temperature. The aim of this sauna blanket is hormetic stress. To raise the temperature to an uncomfortable level and then bring it down. But it is important that you do not stay heated. That could be damaging to your body! Make sure to take a cool shower to bring down the body temperature. I believe this is a very important rule to follow.

I bought this about 6 months ago. I gotta say, it has been awesome just to have for warming myself up in the winter! I get so cold some days and just can't get motivated to do anything. So most days, I will just use this to heat up instead of sweating. I love all the options there are! Very versatile

I got this product a little over a month ago and have used it two or three times a week. I really have enjoyed using it. Unfortunately, the zipper broke and I haven’t been able to fix it. Unless I figure out how to do this I’m afraid the product is pretty useless.

I am really baffled that this product has so many good reviews. - The workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. The zippers are garbage. - The portion of the blanket that heats up within the material is in vertical straps or wires. Those items overheat and produce a scalding effect when laying on them. I had vertical burn marks all down my back from that. - The heat doesn't stay in the blanket. It escapes through the top and a hole in the bottom and through the full length zipper portions on both sides. It's basically a glorified electric blanket, but doesn't even stay warm enough to be comfortable. Despite the high temp setting that resulted in burns, the heat just isn't contained well. One "pro" of the blanket is the weight. I will say that it has a comfortable weight. But that being said, it's function is not a weighted blanket. I've used a portable steam sauna in the past and it didn't hold up well. I got this in hopes that I could get a similar effect without the water. I was very wrong. Complete waste of money. I recommend saving up for a real low EMF IR sauna. These products are really low-quality bandaid solutions that don't work like they should.

Did not get hot enough to break a sweat need to be in it for at least 45 minutes before getting hot.Did not like zipper either too complicated
