I'm working with a physical therapist to overcome muscle imbalances that cause joint pain. I asked about using a vibration plate as a part of my therapy. He thought it would be a great thing for me to try out. I feel this vibration plate is really helping me maximize my exercise routine and gives the added bonus of relieving joint pain after use. I'm really pleased with the product. It's a well built piece of equipment and is easy to use. I appreciate the access I have to the website to find exercise routines and other helpful videos to make the most of this purchase.

This is easy to get started with...just plug it in, switch it on and go! It can be used with or without the remote control and has a variety of settings to choose from. You can vary the intensity, time span and mode of operation. But the accompanying manual doesn't offer any helpful guidance about which settings are most appropriate for which exercise goals. That's my only gripe. This would be 5 stars plus if it came with a good manual or at least some good videos. Sadly, their "official" LifePro You Tube videos are amateurish, unhelpful and generally a waste of time. There are, however, some other videos that are useful if you take the time to look for them. It's an excellent product that needs good instructional material to make it a better user experience.

After losing a third of my calf muscle to necrosis from compartment syndrome (caused by rhabdomyolysis), I needed a fitness machine that would help with muscle recovery, improve blood circulation, and increase my overall ability to workout my entire body. By purchasing the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D, I was able to satisfied those needs successfully. The vibrating platform allows me to target a specific area of my body, as well as target my entire body if that’s my goal. If I am too weak to stand, I can sit on the platform and still benefit from the workout. Various resistance bands come with the device, increasing your ability to improve the strength of the targeted muscles. I love that I have a choice of programmed workouts, as well as the ability to create a customized workout… it all depends on what your workout end goal is and what area(s) of my body that I wish to focus on. With chronic pain issues from various chronic conditions and chronic muscle stiffness due to being excessively hyper mobile, trying to maintain a level of comfort within my body can be extremely challenging. Using Lifepro’s Rumblex Max 4D on a regular basis was a game changer for me. One of the best things about Lifepro devices is the lifetime warranty offered for free… You just need to sign up. The customer service is very dedicated to helping us customers resolve any problems in a timely manner. One of my Lifepro devices stopped working so I contacted customer service requesting a replacement. Within 48 hrs, I had received a reply stating that my replacement was being shipped out and I received it within a week. One negative thing in respect to the “manual” of the vibration platform is that it doesn’t provide as much guidance as it should regarding what each programmed workout enables you to accomplish and what each individual feature can accomplish within a customized workout. I highly recommend taking advantage of the free guidance session with one of their fitness experts to better understand the benefits of the vibration platform; you will receive the free offer when you register your device on their website. I highly recommend the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D for anyone whose goals are towards muscle recovery, improving blood circulation, and increasing exercise tolerance and endurance.

This machine does everything it says it does and more. You set what you want several different settings. Do it everyday. Makes you feel great and productive for the day. Gets you going in the mornings. Doesn’t hurt your feet or back. It actually makes it feel better. You will want to do it couple times a day. It’s a machine you will use not one that sits there and collects dust. It’s awesome

I ordered this item last week, excited to get started on an exercise program that incorporated full-body vibration. The box arrived yesterday. It was packed very well in a heavy brown cardboard box and form fitting rigid polystyrene foam. The box weighs around 50 pounds, with the bulk of this being the vibration plate itself. After unpacking, I plugged the device in, and flipped on the power switch. Got a nice little beep and the panel came to life. Cycled through to one of the programs labeled AL and hit the start button. To my surprise, nothing happened. No vibration, or movement of any kind. The panel timer started counting down like it thought something was happening, but no motion out of the plate. So, I tried calling their 24 hour customer help line. It answered and went immediately to a hold with music. I waited on hold for several minutes and the phone line eventually hung up. So, I called back. Got the same hold with music which eventually hung up on me. After this, I reverted to Amazon's help system which processed a return/exchange for the same item. I'll update this review once I receive the replacement item, but for now, the quality control on these devices seems pretty terrible.
