  • Pros and cons - Is it worth it? Detailed review. Pros and cons - Is it worth it? Detailed review.
Size: 1 Person 35.4 × 35.4 × 74.6
Honestly was a little nervous ordering this as it’s an expensive item and didn’t have tons of reviews at the time but gave it a shot and happy I did. Pros: 1. Instructions are easy to follow, had no issues building it based off the descriptions in the instructions. 2. Super easy to build! I didn’t time it but didn’t take long at all, I was expecting it to take a long time since it is such a big item but we were done in far under an hour. (I would say you need at least 2 people to build it as someone needs to hold the walls while the other secures them). 3. Comes mostly pre built. Don’t have to build the walls or pieces, walls come prebuilt just pop up and snap together. Wires already installed just need to connect them as top pieces come together. 4. Has controls in the inside as well as the outside of the sauna. Originally thought the control panel was only on the outside but when building realized it was accessible from the inside as well which is very convenient if you want to change the temperature or lighting options while using. 5. Lots of features - Love that it has a regular light inside as well as 7 different colored light options if you want to use color therapy as you use the sauna (the instructions list what each color helps with). Has a timer feature so you can set the desired time you want to use it during a session. Also has great speakers so you can connect and listen to music while inside. The outside also has what I called “porch lights” in front of the door which is also a useful feature. Comes with a backrest so you have the option to lean back without coming into contact with the heating elements. Optional add ons included are the towel hook and the cup holder both of which I found to be useful. 6. The door is magnetic so stays closed without issue. 7. Doesn’t take long to heat up. I’ve seen complaints regarding saunas that they take forever to heat up and haven’t found that to be an issue. 8. Great size. Love that it doesn’t take up too much room and fits multiple body types. One of my family members is a bigger muscular dude, and one is 6ft+ with long legs and each of them fit in there just fine with plenty of room (make sure to look at the measurements to make sure if will fit in your space) Cons: 1. Packaging - the cardboard box comes delivered protected by wood (see delivery photo) which is great and arrived undamaged as it should. The only reason this was a con for me is that it was quite hard to get the box out. We started by unscrewing the wood but ended up just breaking the wood pieces apart. The cardboard box containing the sauna is still pretty heavy to slide off or out of the wood. 2. The two back screws to install the bench are a bit difficult to maneuver and get in since they are located under another piece of wood on the back wall but we were able to do it Essentially the process is: 1. Get the box out of the shipping protection (which honestly was the hardest part of the process as it is very securely packed) 2. Take all the pieces out of the box (we got rid of the box and packing material before starting so it was out of the way) 3. Put the base where you want it 4. Back wall, left wall, right wall, front wall. Lift them up and snap them together in the order it states. Way easier than I expected before building and went very smoothly 5. Somewhere in between the walls it has you install the bench which I will say we found slightly difficult since the place for the back screws is near a lip on the back wall so was a bit harder to install screws there but was doable) 6. The top is where you encounter some “wiring” basically just plugging the wires into each other as explained in the instructions, very easy 7. Accessories. Then install the extras like the ionizer, towel hook and cup holder (hook and cup holder are optional and can be placed most anywhere that you find convenient). It also comes with a back rest which is convenient and gives you somewhere to lean back on without touching the heating elements. 8. Voila - complete. It did recommend wiping the inside wood down with a slightly damp cloth before first use which we did (unsure if that’s necessary or not) Thoughts after using multiple times - Honestly so far has been great, it functions well. Multiple of my family members have decided to give it a try, despite not being interested in saunas previously, and have loved it. The added features make it an enjoyable experience for even newcomers to enjoy. Tips: 1. I recommend building it where you want it because although it could be moved it seems like a bulky item to move around. 2. I installed the towel hook on the right inside wall before realizing the towel shouldn’t touch the heating elements so I used a different hook system on the outside to hold my towels. If I built it again I would maybe install the hook in a different spot or long ways in between the inside windows so if I chose to bring my towel in it wouldn’t touch the heating elements. 3. Personally we are choosing to use a towel on the bench to avoid having sweat soak into it repeatedly with constant use. Side note: my first order got lost in transit but a replacement was easy through Amazon and the company made sure to let me know when the replacement would be delivered ... show more

  • Good value and good quality.
Size: 1 Person 35.4 × 35.4 × 74.6
I am very pleased with the Lifepro Sauna. I have had it for a week and have used it every day. Here are several bits of info that potential buyers might find helpful. 1 - Set up is not difficult, but be sure that all of the wires are secure before screwing the top down. We had to take the top off when we realized that a small wire was hanging down where it shouldn't. 2 - It takes about 30 minutes to get up to a usable range. What I have been doing is set the temp at 140 and the timer at 60 minutes. After about 30 to 40 minutes I enter the unit it takes about 20 minutes to work up a good sweat. When that happens I reset the timer to 30 minutes and stay in until it goes off. 3 - The unit will read that it actually goes up to 140 degrees, but once it hits that temp it will cycle back down to about 133 and then back up to 140. Actual air temp inside reads 120 degrees on a thermometer that I installed. 4 - It is roomy enough for a large person (I am 6 ft 4 and 250 lbs.) but only sitting up. If you want to lounge or lay down you will need a larger unit. I did a lot of research on the internet and found a number of reviews that said that the Lifepro one person sauna is the best unit in the under $2,000 price range. ... show more

I have had this sauna for approximately 6 months now and it works flawless. Hold’s temperature well, reaches 140 degrees then cycles down approximately 5° before returning. Easy to assemble and looks great. Plugs into a standard house plug. No cold spots. Speakers work well. Different lighting options are nice. ... show more

  • No customer service
Size: 1 Person 35 × 27.3 × 61.1
I ordered my sauna after careful review on January 1, 2026. It arrived on Feb 3. It came in a wooden crate that was nearly impossible to get open. However after a couple hours of cursing and sweating, we unboxed. We took inventory and realized that we did not have the "floor" piece. I immediately tried to contact LifePro. First I called and spoke with someone who said it would be on its way. Then for two weeks I emailed. After researching the company on the Web I see it is NOTORIOUS for bad customer service. White they seem to have a fairly good product, their product distribution system needs serious work. THANK GOD FOR AMAZON! Yes they get a bad rap for their economic involvements (that I don't approve of) but...had I not purchased through Amazon I would be screwed! They have made it possible for me to return the sauna without having to box it or crate it. A vendor of theirs simply comes to your home and carts it away. What a sad sad state of affairs! What a waste of resources and time and money for everyone involved. I heard from the company today that they are out of spare floors in inventory and are awaiting replacement from the manufacturer. Of course they don't know when that will be. What they don't understand is I don't and can't trust them at this point. What if something else goes wrong? I'm just supposed to shell out money for something I can't use? Very very unfortunate situation and sad. Say what you will about Amazon but in this case they saved my bacon for sure!!!! My conclusion - look elsewhere for your sauna. This looks like a good one but you can't trust the company to service or deliver. ... show more

Been using it for about a week. Two people, everyday, about an hour or so. It gets up to 140 like it says. Works really well. Incredibly easy to put together. I only had my 6 and 8-year-old to help me and it was a piece of cake. Highly recommend. I also think it looks nice. I picked this because Matt Justice said it was the best for that price range. • Good sauna for the money with some downside
Size: 1 Person 35.4 × 35.4 × 74.6
It has some downsides, but overall this is a nice sauna. It looks nice, with good lighting, plenty of space for one average adult and have a control panel inside and out, which is important. Now, for the not so great... It doesn't heat all that fast. I have mine on a floor that has radiant heat in it, so the floor is at about 80F. The room temp is at 71F. The room has no drafts, so I was surprised to see it take around 60 min to get the the max temp of 140F. It has a lot of glass on the front, which is nice, but that seems to be a point of a lot of the heat loss. The bluetooth speakers are very low powered. I can barely hear them. The is no way to turn them up that I can find. I can turn the volume all the way up on my TV and the volume doesn't change in the sauna. The way the infrared heaters are layed out, a lot of the heat is above the sitting area. I'm going to build a box to set on top of the seat, so my sitting position is higher - where the hottest part of the sauna is. This sauna would benefit by not being so tall. Heat rises, and the sitting position is way below the top. The color lighting is more gimmick than anything else. For instance the red light is too low powered and too far away to have any significant benefit. I see the lights more of a mood setter. If you're looking to get red light therapy with this, it won't have much effect. ... show more

  • Best investment for overall health
Size: 1 Person 35.4 × 35.4 × 74.6
This personal sauna is helpful for my joints and relaxation. It allows me to take some personal time to read (reading light option) while I enjoy the Chromotherapy lights. You cannot go wrong getting this product. It was fairly easy to put together. Using 2 people is best. The size fits perfectly in the corner of our room to make it convenient for me to use. The functionality is simple buttons and nothing is complicated about the use. Depending on your heat preference, it takes about 15 mins to warm up. It's a modern look and fits well with the rest of our home. This is great value and investment for your overall health ... show more
