I really like the quality of the curtains- and given that they are sheer, they are actually pretty sturdy. I have not had any issues with snags or runners. The material is sheer and won’t block light, but help break up the direct light. If you are looking for sun protection- this isn’t going to cut it as they do not offer and SPF rating and are too thin otherwise. My only complaint, which is really more of a preference is that they are so light that they do tend to whip around a lot when we start getting a little draft going around the patio. It was a simple fix with purchasing some magnets for the bottoms to help add weight. Having the weights on the bottom or an opening to put some in easily would be a nice touch.

Love our NICETOWN white sheers we purchased for our deck —- perfect weight and sheerness plus so customizable — and the included tie-backs (the tie-backs are super nice...a thick braided material). The panels are lightweight individually so you can really customize them to suit your needs. The tab tops are large enough that we are able to easily slide them over a long “Room Dividers Now” tension rod which we purchased through Amazon. We also purchased a small support bracket from Amazon to eliminate any sag in the middle as our opening is large. For a large opening (132 inches wide), we purchased 8 panels for spring/summer and then bought 10 more panels to add bulk and block the cold fall/winter winds. The panels, individually, are semi-sheer and just right for allowing light in while providing privacy and shade. When you add more of them, you can create an ALL SEASON outdoor space! They provide privacy and keep the sun out of our eyes in the summer, but still allow a nice breeze to flow in (we used 8 panels in the summer). In the colder months, the additional 10 panels have created a barrier from rain and wind—-and allow us to keep using the deck as an extra room of the house. Couldn’t be happier. I also like that we can adjust them as needed — easy to slide them all the way open, let them hang the width of the opening, or group them and tie them any way we want . Lots of options for different times of the day/evening....for different seasons...and for different decorating looks. They are worth every penny!! We looked at lots of expensive options and am so glad we went with this inexpensive, customizable solution for all seasons.

I bought these for my gazebo for privacy from my neighbors. They are so sheer I went ahead and bought blackout outdoor curtains to go along with these for actual privacy. If your buying this just for looks then this would be prefect because these curtains really soften up the space. They are waterproof. When it has rained it keeps the rain.

I use this on my balcony at my apartment. From downstairs you can still kinda see me but you can’t see very clearly unless you’re being very weird and obvious about it. Also allows me to open my door without worrying about bugs coming in(I don’t have a screen door)
