The media could not be loaded. First Off, I have not been paid or compensated with products for this review. This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this. Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly. We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly "Jammed Hips" for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal - Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold...You name it. No relief. Three 10 minute sessions on my new LifePro 3D Vibration Plate changed all of that. (LOW and SLOW) The first time I used it, I was so tight, but it felt like rusty bolts were getting knocked loose inside - I just went with the flow. After my 3rd use, I slept like a baby and woke up absolutely pain-free. Six days in, still no pain. My tight hammies are loosening up more with each use. I plan to add the bands and light weights starting Friday. In the meantime, I am shouting the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate's benefits from the rooftops! One friend has already purchased hers since I bragged ours up and three more have requested the link. I want them to buy this...Why? Because I want them to experience the same results that I have had! I'm a Believer! My husband is a Believer! We both actually LOOK FORWARD to using this machine every single day! When was the last time you said that about exercise of any kind? Trust me, if you have a sedentary job or lifestyle, or just really hate to exercise, you need this machine in your life. Park it in front of the TV...It is so quiet you will not even need to turn the volume up. LOVE to exercise and want to take your workouts to another level? LOVE IT! This vibration plate delivers a quiet workout. I appreciate the workout booklet explaining the speeds, intensity, and programming. When I use it steadily, it does reduce inflammation and lymph fluid build up. Surprisingly, it has helped my knee after meniscus surgery. It is very sturdy and functions exactly as stated. **4.5 STARS** I'm so impressed with quality & performance of this machine, as well as the after-sale support & communication from the seller. I researched the heck out of whole body vibration platforms before deciding on this one - it's the only one I found under $600 with dual motors and a well-sized platform. Was able to familiarize myself with machine & how-to's prior to its arrival, as seller began communication immediately upon purchase, sending user manual & excercise ebook by email, plus several follow-up "we're here to help you succeed" emails. Set-up was a snap, literally unpacked it from box, plugged power cord in until it snapped in place, put 2 AA batteries (not included) in the remote control, & I was on board! I have carpeted bedroom floors, so I decided to put a rubber yoga mat underneath; for me, this makes it easier to move once I've finished my workout. After trying out all the settings & deciding exactly how I wanted to kick off my new workout passion, I decided to go with varying my routines using the multiple pre-programmed settings, another no-brainer for those of us who have difficulty finding time for a good workout. Now, I start my day with a 10-minute vibe, something that I gladly wake up for. Then in the evening, after work, I do three 10-minute sessions with one pre-programmed setting from each of the easy-moderate-intense levels, with a 30-second rest in between. I'll start adding small handweights & the included minibands in a week or so. I give this machine & the seller 4.5 stars out of 5. If I had to find just one thing in the "cons" column, I would say I wish the remote control was a little better in quality (the battery door on mine is very loose), & I have to bend over slightly & point it right at the digital display on the machine, otherwise it won't engage. The remote is kind of a big deal to me, as it keeps me from having to exert undue pressure on my bad knee, and it's easier for me to see & use when not wearing my glasses. But these are my own specific boo-hoos - the digital display & controls on top of the platform are very easy to see & use, on the whole. Lastly, add in the value of the great warranty & product guarantee the seller offers. This completes the whole package, IMHO, so I highly recommend both this product and the seller. (I very seldom do extensive reviews, & I received no form of compensation for this review, except my individual, personal gain in finding a great product at a great price, & a product that makes me feel great & delighted to tell everyone about!) ... show more
