I've had the vibrating foam roller for about 2 weeks now and have used it 6 or 7 times. I got it mainly to use after workouts to roll out my legs and back. I have been very happy with the roller so far. The vibration really helps loosen up muscles much better than rolling alone. It is very firm which allows the vibration to penetrate deep into muscles. My legs and back have been feeling much better since I started using it. I used to have very tight psoas, calves, and achilles but I'm already starting to notice a difference. I like the four levels of vibration that are available as it makes it easy to dial in just what you need. The battery life is great. I've gotten at least 1.5 hours of use plus (plus some use by the kids) between charges so I think the 2 hour battery claim is accurate. I hope it lasts a long time because it's been great so far.

I have been using foam rollers to help with sciatic nerve pain and recovery from back surgery. I find this roller to be particularly helpful in loosening adhesion's and tightness at deeper layers of my body. The variation in vibration speed allows me to be more gentle in areas that are still tight and sensitive. And then allows me to go deeper in releasing those areas that can take a little more push. I use it mainly on my legs (all sides) as that is where I have had the greatest issues as a result of nerve pain. I was having regular muscle spasms and tightness in my hamstrings and calves. This roller has helped me gain greater blood flow to those areas which weakens and lessens the "charlie horses" as well as gives me increased flexibility. My only complaint would be that its a little short to really roll out my back. I am not a small person and though the vibration is definitely strong enough to support my weight and give me the relief I want, I wish it was a little longer so I could use it along my spine as well. I would totally recommend this item to others (I actually have already to my acupuncturist!)

Only had the roller for 2 days at this point. I’ve used vibrating foam rollers at my gym before and wanted one at home for more regular use. The price is great, the power is excellent, battery life is great, and the difference between using this product and a regular foam roller is very evident. I love the product and in addition the company has a lifetime warranty and excellent customer service so far. They have a social media support page with fitness information and have been staying on top of keeping in contact with me to make sure the experience has been well worth it. One of the most pleasant companies I have ever purchased from. If there are any changes in the future I will update my review but as of right now I am incredibly impressed with overall quality and customer service, I highly recommend purchasing this item if you are in the market for any device similar to this. As someone who works out daily over the years and has experienced all kinds of injuries, this vibrating foam roller is amazing. I use it after playing sports, or when I finish my workouts. I love alternating days with weightlifting and cardio. I roll with on all over my body - Lats, calves ,hamstrings, lower back, and glutes I had some serious sciatic pain and used the Surger and it eliminated the pain immediately. You can roll it with and without the vibration. The battery life is excellent and a full charge lasts me quite a long time which is great as I take this often around with me to the gym. I loved the fact that it came with 3 different timer settings so I can time the length of each bodypart. The 4 levels of Vibration have a good range of HZ levels which I'm not really sure why you need so many variations but hey it works. The price paid honestly is a bargain compared to competitors. Plus, the fact that LifePro offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY no questions asked which is awesome as well. Joel was super responsive and provided me with some ideas and different exercises that have been super beneficial to me. I learned that Joel is a Personal trainer and gym owner, it's awesome buying a recovery tool that has the backing from someone that has the knowledge behind what is being sold.

The roller is effective for my hamstrings and calves, and works on my IT bands and hips if I prop myself up--helps me sleep better, and without pain. My boyfriend LOVES it for his tight back and legs! It's a little hard for me to use on my back since it's so strong. I'm looking forward to trying the vibrating ball since I think that will target my back and shoulders more easily since I'm more petite and need a smaller surface area to roll on. It's nice to use on carpet with my yoga bolster for easy positioning. Very powerful, nice quality roller. Really effective for hamstrings, even if you don't realize it while you're using it, you notice the effects when you get up and move or stretch.
