    • Good product, but with a cautionary tale.
We purchased this hoverboard for my daughter as a holiday gift after so many good reviews. We had an issue when we first received it, which is that after one successful ride and one full recharge the low battery indicator started beeping nonstop and flashing, wouldn't respond to reset, and the unit wouldn't turn off. Functionally, the low battery button was 'stuck' in the on position and the board wouldn't respond. We read online that this is often an indication of a faulty motherboard. I contacted the seller on Christmas day and we were immediately given instructions on how to reset the unit (hold 'off' for 20 seconds). These instructions didn't work. We left the board in our garage beeping overnight. In the morning, it was still beeping but went completely dead after a few hours. We recharged it again fully and the issue seems to have disappeared. The seller was prompt and helpful. Ultimately we decided to keep the board because my daughter loves it and it (now) works, but we are nervous the problem might pop up again.     • Best Christmas gift ever... says Granddaughter~
This is our 2nd board to buy. The first one didn't last but a month. The red light flashed and one wheel didn't move at all. Customer service wrote us back the very same day we complained and gave us a full refund. We have ordered another one because of the great customer service. Fingers crossed.

    • Perfect color!
Purchased for my 5’5”, 10 yo granddaughter for Christmas. It was chosen because of the color - sea foam green or mint or turquoise green - depending upon how you view colors. She loves the lights as it rolls. It’s sturdy and rolls well on our hardwood floors without leaving marks.

    • Very disappointed
Unfortunately, my son experienced issues as soon as he opened this at Christmas. The hoverboard did not charge correctly, and thus my son had 15 minutes of ride time. By the next day, it would not even turn back on. He was so disappointed.

    • Helmet should be required
My grandson was thrilled - he hasn't been off of this since he mastered it (in about 5 minutes). I insisted on a helmet, and am so glad I did. The first day, he fell HARD and hit his head. It could have been a terrible accident. Let them have fun, but a helmet should be required.

    • Did not last long for us
I bought This and another brand hover board for my kids for Christmas. My daughter received this one. She is about 110lb. Within 3 weeks she was not able to ride it because some sort of mechanism making the hoverboard balance was off and she had to lean over all the way forward to make it go anywhere. My son who is around 98lb had a different brand and it is still going strong and being used constantly with no problems. ... show more

I bought this for my 6 year old son & he loves it! It doesn’t go too fast & it’s easy to use. He rides it all day long & couldn’t be happier. My only problem is I wish the battery life last longer but other than that awesome gift for a kid!
