The media could not be loaded. Easy assembly to start. I am pleasantly shocked of the quality of the product for the money spent. This is a fun lil scooter. Rides nice, seat is comfy, has good speed soon as u pull the throttle it takes off with no hesitation. I'm about 168 lbs. The battery came fully charged I've went about 6 miles on it already an I'm down to 3 bars left outta 5. Which is actually decent. The customer service was quick to respond when I emailed them. I recommend this scooter and would buy again. Will update after a few uses. ***UPDATE*** 7/28/25 No serious complaints except the seat, it moves a lot but nothing major although if you were to adjust the seat at a higher length I believe it would keep falling down. My seat is all he way down so it moves from side to side an Iโve tightened it as far as i can. Other than the seat I still like this lil scooter and I get a lot of compliments how cool it is especially the 2 baskets. Also, it feels more stable with the larger basket in place with the foot pegs. The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome electric scooter! It was packged really well and instructions were easy to follow. I love how it has the 2 storage baskets - so convenient. My high school son used it to get to school faster and placed his backpack in the back basket and his school instrument in the large front storage. No more walking with heavy stuff for him to school! The handlebars are foldable too. I love how I also can use it around my neighborhood and take my 2 small dogs for a ride in the front storage basket. My dogs LOVE it! The 12" tires ride so smoothly and the scooter is so easy to ride and has 3 different speeds you can set it to! It goes up to 18.6 mph so you can get somewhere pretty fast!! Battery life is great and I highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. This scooter is a great scooter to run small errands around town. You can fit two grocery bags in the bottom well since your feet can rest comfortably on the foot pegs. It has three speed modes and can go up to 19 mph. It's a lot more fun to ride than I initially thought it would.be. It folds in half nicely and the seat comes off so you can easily put in the trunk of most cars. We live in a neighborhood where I sometimes have to park a bit of a walk from our house so I park keep the scooter in the trunk in case I need to ride it to and from my car.

This scooter has a horrible battery life, the seat is squeaky and uncomfortable. It feels cheaply made, the brakes donโt respond very well and the inner tube blew out without riding on any terrain, just simple sidewalks. Only rode it 5 miles a day, 5 times a week. The battery died every time. Itโs too late to get my money back now and if you purchase the protection plan with asurion, good luck, itโs a waste of time, trying to ship this out with ups is going to charge you an extra $50 drop off and charge you to pay for the packaging. I am so disappointed and I donโt know what to do, this is my cat to commute to work. Iโm really sad about it.

My dog loves riding this with me easy to assemble, u can adjust the height to fit u very smooth ride can go 18 mph fits in the back seat once it broke down very reliable take about 3 hours to charge, hold a charge for weeks when u only use it to take the trash but battery will run down if u are driving around daily but u can go about 10 miles b4 a charge

This little scooter is great for a short commute to work. The battery lasts a long time, and it's comfortable to ride. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge, even with the videos, but I got there. This scooter is on the smaller side; it's perfect for a petite 5'3" girl like me. It can hold a couple of lunch boxes or small bags in the center basket, but not a large backpack. I wouldn't try to put a whole dog in it. It looks cool, and has low noise. The throttle and brakes work well, and it's good for an urban commuter that doesn't have far to go.
